Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India is a 100 per cent Indian subsidiary of Honda Motor Company. Founded in 1999, Honda was the erstwhile partner of Hero MotoCorp before both companies parted ways.
Honda motorcycles are known for their handling, innovation and reliability. The company deserves credit for pioneering the scooter segment in India through the Activa range of scooters. Honda manufactures a wide range of two-wheelers in India via its four production facilities – Manesar in Gurgaon, Tapukara in Rajasthan, Narsapura in Karnataka and the new Vithalapur unit in Gujarat. Other than manufacturing bikes and scooters, the Japanese manufacturer also assembles its big bike – the CBR 650F in India.
Honda is the second largest two-wheeler company in India after Hero MotoCorp. This was possible for the company by creating a huge line of products under its portfolio at the same time, increase its sales and service reach in rural areas. Honda is currently present in the 110-125cc scooter segment, 110-180cc mass market motorcycles, 250cc and above premium motorcycle segment.
Honda has planned a variety of bikes- new launches, as well as updates to the existing ones in 2021 in India.

AlpeshThe Activa 6G is a refined scooter with a peppy 109.51cc engine, offering smooth rides and good fuel efficiency. Its telescopic suspension enhances handling, and the external fuel lid is convenient. The design is sleek, and LED headlights provide excellent visibility. Ved PrakashI had Splendor Plus before the Honda Shine 125cc, which fitness period is passed, and I was in search of for new bike, My mother selected at first look of Honda Shine, It looked really awesome, and Without any thought and with no time waste, I decided to go with Shine 125 cc. My initial riding experience is new, great full of enjoyment, great pickup nice engine sound. Overall fully satisfied. But please notice these suggestions - 1. An LED headlight should be provided. 2. DRL should also given. 3. Front suspension ok but rear suspension is very hard and needs improvement. I will update the review with my latest experience.Rating Parameters
