Don't buy it as the services are pathetic, and you need to wait for at least 15-20 days. Battery performance reduces within 3 months. RSA is not picking calls, and if you connect, you need to wait for an hour to register a complaint, and adding to it will come in 1-3 hours after that.

iQube offers great value for money. Smooth, efficient, and perfect for city rides. I'm even planning to buy another iQube 5kW if TVS gives a discount! The only drawback is the limited service centres; more are needed. Overall, a solid electric scooter I’d happily recommend to anyone looking for an EV upgrade.

Everything is ok, but the Suspension needs to improve. I like the auto hold feature; it helps a lot when you're riding in hill traffic. And there is no brake engage feature while parking in a sloped area.

Talking about this scooter, in my opinion, it is a good vehicle for city use. It gets more mileage than they claim, so EV is better than petrol. If we talk about the service, we get good service. The interesting thing is that since I started driving this vehicle, I have not been caught by the RTO police.

Frequently Asked Questions & Answers

Q: What are the advantages of an electric vehicle over a petrol vehicle?
Apart from the benefit of lower pollution level and switching to an eco friendly alternative to protect the planet, there are two main advantages from a rider's perspective – petrol price and performance. With electric vehicles, there’s no need to spend a lot of money every month on petrol and with the way the fuel prices are being increased, there will come a time when a lot of Indians would think twice before commuting on a petrol powered bike. The second main advantage is performance. EV bikes deliver maximum torque from the word go which provides an exhilarating experience to the rider and proves extremely useful in city riding conditions.

Q: How to choose an Electric bike in India?
While buying an electric bike in India, you need to consider three primary things – the price of the vehicle, performance of the electric motor and the riding range. There’s a fourth aspect which is charging time, but as of now, majority of the Electric bikes in the market have similar charging time if charged via normal home chargers.

Q: How can I charge my electric vehicle?
You can charge your electric vehicles at multiple places. It can be charged at your residential parking spot, office parking or even shopping malls for that matter. There are also charging points available at multiple public locations as the electric charging infrastructure is improving in India.

Q: Can I ride an electric bike in all terrains?
You can ride electric bikes in multiple terrains. It is best suited for city as well as highway conditions. It can also be ridden on hills, but expect a decent performance drop in such conditions as the change in gradient puts a lot of pressure on the electric motor. This decreases the performance and also the riding range.

Q: What is the price of Electric bikes in India?
Currently, the price of electric bike ranges between Rs. 39,999 to Rs. 15,25,000.
