The CB Shine is a 125cc commuter motorcycle developed by Honda for the mass market segment. The Shine caters to a segment of buyers who are fine with understated looks but expect respectable performance and efficiency. This, coupled with Honda’s refinement and reliability, makes the Shine a solid all-round package.
The CB Shine gets graphics that run all over the fuel tank and a 3D Honda emblem on the fuel tank. Honda has also introduced a limited edition model that feature cosmetic updates for the motorcycle to make it more appealing. It includes multi-coloured grab rails, modern side cowl and dual-tone paint schemes. The motorcycle gets a diamond frame chassis and is powered by a 124cc single cylinder air-cooled engine. The engine churns out 10bhp at 7500 rpm and 11Nm at 5500 rpm and is mated to a five-speed gearbox. The CB Shine gets conventional suspension with preload adjustment for the rear, along with 18-inch wheels. You can get your CB Shine with either a front disc brake or a drum brake. A combined brake system (CBS) is an option for both and comes as standard equipment.
The Honda CB Shine is sold in six colours – black, grey, two types of red, brown, and blue. The limited edition, on the other hand, is offered in two colour options -- black with metallic red and black with metallic silver. The CB Shine is priced at approximately Rs 60,000 onwards (ex-showroom).

My loveliest king- Honda shine!
Rani
I have been using this bike, Honda shine, for over a year and I can confidently say it's been a reliable and satisfying companion for my daily commutes. really,I had really amazing experience with this bike till now.i will discuss below my full experience regarding this bike.Buying ExperienceThe buying process at the nearest Honda showroom was smooth. The staff was helpful, he explained me all the features and answered all my questions. the dealer costed Rs 81,000 ,which was in my budget ,for which I thought. The paperwork was hassle-free, and I got my Shine delivered within the promised timeframe.Riding ExperienceThis bike, as per my experience, offers a comfortable and upright riding posture, ideal for navigating city traffic. The suspension effectively absorbs bumps and path holes ensuring a smooth ride. The engine is refined and performs well, providing enough mileage and zipping through traffic. also, dealing with rough roads and tight spaces is overall good , thanks to the bike's balanced weight and handlebar design.Looks, Performance & MileageThe Shine's design is classic and overall good , yet it manages to look appealing. It comes in a variety of colors to suit our taste. i had purchased, Re el red metallic colour, and it looks too decent. The 125cc engine delivers decent power for city rides, with enough grunt to handle occasional highway runs. The standout feature, however, is the mileage. I consistently get over 60 kmpl, making it a very fuel-efficient option.some of its features,I had mentioned below.Engine cc-124.7 CCmax torque-11 nm @ 6000 rpmfuel tank capacity -10.5 LMax mileage-65 km/LKerb weight -115 kgno. of gears-4wheel type- alloy, tubelessServicing and MaintenanceHonda's service network is widespread, and finding service centers is never an issue. also, the best thing is that, the Shine is known for its low maintenance costs. Regular servicing, which is quite affordable, is all it needs to keep running smoothly.i had done its servicing 1 time ,for it best performance for longer time.i would recommend to do it's servicing atleast once every two years, for its smooth performance for a long time.Pros and ConsPros:Excellent fuel efficiencyComfortable riding postureReliable and low-maintenance engineSpacious under-seat storageAffordable price tagCons:Lacks features like a self-start and a disc brake (depending on the variant)Might not appeal to those seeking a powerful or feature-rich motorcycle, but as per my daily usage,it is good.yeah,it might have some drawbacks for them, who looks for extra features in bikes, but for daily usage for long hours ,it is best.Overall, The Honda Shine is a fantastic commuter motorcycle, especially for those prioritizing fuel efficiency, comfort, and reliability. It's easy to ride, maintain, and delivers excellent value for money. If you're looking for a no-nonsense, practical bike for your daily commute, the Shine is worth considering.

Affordable bike

I think the best bike from Honda is an affordable price, so the middle class can afford it. it gives good mileage around 50 . Shine has a very nice pickup as well and it feels very smooth while riding. the outer body of the Honda Shine is also incredible. sale service of Honda is great. I feel no inconvenience in their after-sale service . the one thing I felt wrong about this bike is that the bike vibrates so much after its speed crosses 60 so plz improve that part otherwise no issue with the bike. You can go for it.

Tips for other riders
Don’t shift gear often for higher speeds, if required have to shift down. By mistake, some of them have a habit of using clutch often, which makes mileage decrease. Change the engine oil for every 3500 to 4000 kms.
