Suzuki has launched the 2017 GSX-R1000 in India at Rs 19 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).The litre-class superbike is also available in a higher-spec performance-focussed version called the GSX-R1000R, priced at Rs 22 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).

Suzuki big bike dealerships have started accepting bookings for the 2017 GSX-R1000, for a token amount of Rs 3 lakh. Featuring a new engine and chassis, the litre-class superbike will be available in two versions, the standard GSX-R1000 and the performance-oriented GSX-R1000R.
