MohanThe kinetic Green keeps up their promise. I bought it with a 5-year warranty. Their Range of 110kms is perfectly assured even on the road. Suspension and build quality are good. Sasthi Debanshiit is the worst for its service because I have a Kinetic Zing. Almost 2.5 years, which covers the warranty they promised for 3 years. but they count Battery Warranty when it is make, rather than handover date to the customer. I suffer from this situation. Battery was damaged after almost in 2.5 years and they deny to resolve it.Rating Parameters

Ritesh GurjarI have driven this vehicle for almost 3 years. Overall, villagers should not buy this scooter. City dwellers who have to travel 40-60 km daily should buy it. I got this scooter for Rs 124,000, but I did not like the build quality for the price. It would have been better if the headlight were a little better. The speed and range are good, but after 3 years, the battery of my scooter got completely exhausted.Rating Parameters

Vasava PiyushkumarI am extremely disappointed with the Kinetic Green Zulu EV and the service provided by the Baroda showroom. The showroom manager’s response and overall customer service are very poor. Whenever I visited or raised an issue, they were not supportive and showed no willingness to solve the problems. The vehicle quality is also very bad. The battery backup failed within a short time. It requires frequent maintenance. Charging performance is very low. Overall, manufacturer quality is extremely poor. I would not recommend this vehicle to anyone. The company seriously needs to improve both the product quality and the customer service experience.Rating Parameters
