Pritesh ThakkarKinetic Luna is the worst, and there is no responsible person in the showroom. The company will take a month to respond. service ever poor. I never suggest taking this thing because I have been facing so many issues with it. I have a charger problem; the charger is not working properly, so I sent it to the main showroom in Aurangabad. Mo Shoyeb Alam AnsariAfter purchasing Kinetic Zing, all showrooms closed. No service centre. Now there is no information about the service and sales showrooms. No support till date after my purchase. Vasava PiyushkumarI am extremely disappointed with the Kinetic Green Zulu EV and the service provided by the Baroda showroom. The showroom manager’s response and overall customer service are very poor. Whenever I visited or raised an issue, they were not supportive and showed no willingness to solve the problems. The vehicle quality is also very bad. The battery backup failed within a short time. It requires frequent maintenance. Charging performance is very low. Overall, manufacturer quality is extremely poor. I would not recommend this vehicle to anyone. The company seriously needs to improve both the product quality and the customer service experience.Rating Parameters
