Suzuki has roped in freestyle stunt rider Aras Gibieza for its inaugural Suzuki Gixxer Day tour in India. The two-time European stunting riding champion will be performing in nine cities across the country between April 15 and May 14.
A RedBull athlete, Aras Gibieza is a highly acclaimed stunt rider with several international accolades under his belt. While Gibieza awed the audience on a 2006 Kawasaki Ninja 636 during his previous visit at the 2015 India Bike Week, this time around, the 26-year-old would be using a customised Suzuki GSX R-1000 for showcasing his wizardry. The Suzuki Gixxer Day tour has been conceptualised keeping the youth in mind and as such, Gibieza should serve as the perfect showstopper for this event.
Speaking about his visit to India, Gibieza said, “I’m elated to be coming back to India as I’ve always received a very warm and enthusiastic welcome. It was amazing to see a celebration of the biking brotherhood that brought people together when I was here the last time around. I am looking forward to visiting some new cities this time as well as performing some new stunts for the audiences here.”
The Suzuki Gixxer Day tour will commence in Delhi on April 15, moving on to eight more cities over a month. Check out the schedule given below to catch the event in your nearest city.
