Never buy joy e bike. That's just wasting your money Pathetic product, cheap quality, too costly. Zero on the name of service. Their batteries are useless. They warranty for 3 years and battery won't last even 2 years, moreover when you will put the replacement request on battery becoming dead, they will take 2-3 months for the replacement.
