The Gixxer SF is Suzuki’s smallest faired offering for India that has received a major overhaul. The curvy design has been ditched for a sleeker design which bears close resemblance to its elder sibling, the Gixxer SF 250. It now features a full LED headlamp and tail lamp unit, updated digital instrument console, split-seats and clip-on handlebars.
In the powertrain department, the bike continues to be powered by the same 155cc single-cylinder fuel-injected motor. However, the motor has been slightly detuned and now produces 13.9bhp while torque output remains 14Nm. The motor continues to come mated to a five-speed gearbox.
The bike retains the same suspension setup, telescopic forks up front and monoshock at the rear. Braking is done by disc brakes at both ends and is equipped with single-channel ABS. The bike features a 12-litre fuel tank and tips the scale at 146kg, which is about 8kg heavier than its predecessor.
The new Gixxer SF is offered in three colours – Glass Sparkle Black, Metallic Sonic Silver and Suzuki Racing Blue livery similar to the GSX-RR MotoGP race bike.
Suzuki Gixxer SF Price - ₹ 1,09,870 onwards (Ex-showroom, Mumbai). It is available in 2 versions - Standard and MotoGP Edition. See price of Gixxer SF in top cities: Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune and Ahmedabad.

A bunch of new two-wheeler launches is what makes a week special and CF Moto, a Chinese bikemaker, hosted a carnival of sorts by introducing not one but four motorcycles altogether. Besides that, Ducati and Suzuki also kept us busy by updating their India line-up.
