The Royal Enfield Classic 350 Bobber is a bobber-style motorcycle that will be based on the Classic 350. It is likely to be positioned above the Classic 350 and is expected to be the most expensive J-platform based 350cc motorcycle from Royal Enfield.
The Classic 350 Bobber will feature slight revisions in its styling compared to the Classic 350. It will receive a taller ape-hanger style handlebar, a single-piece saddle, and a blacked-out treatment to its cycle parts. Moreover, the Classic 350 Bobber will also sport white-wall tyres to help it stand out from the crowd.
The Royal Enfield Classic 350 Bobber will be powered by the same J-platform engine that powers the Meteor 350, Hunter 350, and the Classic 350. The 349cc, air/oil-cooled, single-cylinder motor will produce 20.2bhp at 6,100rpm and a peak torque of 27Nm at 4,500rpm. The motor will be mated to a five-speed transmission.
We expect the Classic 350 Bobber to feature similar cycle parts as its elder siblings. The suspension duties will be handled by telescopic forks up front and twin shocks at the rear. Like the Classic 350, the Bobber will also run on spoke wheels. Braking tasks will be handled by disc brakes at both ends, while we expect a dual-channel ABS to come as standard.
The Royal Enfield Classic 350 Bobber is currently under testing and is expected to be launched in India in early 2024. Once launched, we expect the Classic 350 Bobber to rival the Jawa Perak and the Jawa 42 Bobber.
