Don't consider BGauss for any reason. Their service is utterly pathetic; they're just promoting it through paid reviews. They don't have anyone to handle service. They keep just a water-washing helper; no showroom has even a single experienced mechanic (not even one with 25 years under their belt). There are complaints everywhere. No one knows how to do service. They just show fake discount calculations. In reality, nothing from BGauss is worth even 1 lakh! The RUV 350 Max, C12i Max, all of them cost over 1.3 lakh, but they're not worth even 70k; it's all garbage like that. I repeat again: there are tons of complaints; no proper service or mechanic in their showrooms! If you're in Tier 2 or Tier 3 cities, for whatever reason, don't shell out over 1 lakh for this trash; no one knows how to service it, and if you get external service done, the warranty won't cover it. Extremely importantly, the warranty is only for the battery. Customer support, assistance, help, after-sales service; it's all utterly pathetic. Go for Ather, TVS, Bajaj, Ultraviolet instead, or wait and buy a Honda/Suzuki EV. After taking your money, they make a big fuss; there's not even one model without problems!
