Well, i always wished to have a cruiser bike with likes of harley but with avenger it became possible. As it is a pocket friendly low budget priced cruiser bike. It's a gem in its own. Looks, styling, comfort, road appearance everything is excellent. Mileage is impressive and maintenance is quite low. I have driven >12000 km and its one and half years old but still feels like i have purchased it today. Never expected such a quality product from bajaj and its fulfills dream of having affordable cruiser bike for youths.

1. I used to own pulsar 150 before this (5 years) i always wanted to buy a cruise bike but couldn't afford it, and when avenger street came, i bought it that month itself. Classy and sexy look with good maintenance cost.2. Unlike other bikes, i personally find it perfect even for long ride. There in no tension on the wrist, and back.3. Look wise i would say its just too eye catching. I personally like the styling of the bike, the side profile of the bike looks just too stunning.4. I don't know about other place but so far so good for servicing, its just that some mechanic at the service center are not trained well, sometimes they can't even detect small wiring problems. After buying for about a year it didn't gave me any problems at all except the battery which went bad in 3-4 months, i had to push and start before getting new battery other than that no major changes except engine oil and brake.5. I would say this bike is affordable with low cost maintenance, unlike those other cruiser bike it won't make a hole in our pocket, the styling is good, comfortable riding, good mileage. Cons: i would say the battery which went bad just about 3-4 months, i don't know how or why. And the chain sprocket needs to be taken care of frequently or else it makes noise easily, but that's not big issue for we can do ourselves at home.

Take care of the chain sprocket timely, no need to change it when it makes sound, just clean it well with kerosene and brush(e.g tooth brush) after that let it try and apply chain lubricant if u have or engine oil/greese. As a bike owner you must all know that we should change Oil before too long . So it doesn't mean if u changed your oil just few months ago, but u have driven more than 3-4K KM , change oil.

This bike has got a classy looks, you can have very comfortable ride on highways & on city roads. I got a fuel economy of 40km/ltr when i rode constantly above 70km/hr & around 48-50km/ltr with speed limit of 50-60km/hr (yes, on 5th gear). You tend to hear some noise while shift the gears from 'n' to 1st, but again its not a major flaw when i compare to style, comfort & handling.
Areas of improvement existing pillion seat is not comfortable for a long ride. Shock-abs should be bit more stronger as this bike is difficult to ride on a bumpy roads because of low height.
Overall its a cool bike with a high style quotient & ride qyuality, fuel economy is good but not great. I personally feel its a great bike if you ride on highways/no traffic roads.
Pros
looks, comfortable for long rides
cons
not good on bumpy roads

Style : no match in styling and comfort as it does fit the criteria of a cruiser bike very well.
Engine performance, fuel economy and gearbox : excellently smooth engine as once you've reached a crusing speed, the engine attains a constant hum to it with nil vibrations. The fuel economy is superb for even in the city it can give a mileage of 50 kmpl or even more if driven carefully. You may expect even more on the highway at crusing speeds of around 50 kmph. The bike does tend to exasperate a bit on climbs when there is a pillion rider on board and you would have to shift down the gear to manage an easy climb, and the same factor can also limit the speed attained vis-a-vis power input, but then thats a minor issue, isn't it ? also the engine will get heated up quite a lot after a prolonged period of usage even in cold, windy nights thus limiting its usage for extremely long intercity rides. The gear box can be tweaked a bit to make it more responsive to quick and frequent gear changing though.
Ride quality & handling : superbly comfortable ride quality that makes long drives for a long period of time or crusing through the roads a happy thing. The bike does fall below the mark in some parameters of handling such as its lack of nimbleness, even at low speeds, thanks to its long wheel base and a front wheel jotting forward that makes it that much harder for maneuvering and often requires that you keep one feet ready to touch down on the ground while contemplating sharp bends and u turns. The longer and lower wheel base also adds to the woe of bottoming out over nasty speed breakers if not tackled by deaccelerating considerably. To add to this the protruding front wheel is highly susceptible to turning at an angle to the bike when the front disc brakes are applied suddenly without the simultaneous action of the rear drum brake causing the bike to topple over quickly as has happened with me time and again. But then that's a limitation of a cruiser bike and the rider's driving capabilities. So exercise extreme caution while driving.
Final words : this bike is meant for cruising with comfort while maintaining a good fuel economy for someone who can do without that extra punch of power and a correspondingly high acceleration delivered by its more powerful sibling of 220 cc. Engine wise, it won't leave you wanting for greater smoothness as it packs it in coupious amounts.
Areas of improvement : better engine cooling, tweaking of the gears to make shifting smoother at times, and improvement in the rider's driving capability to compensate for the problems of abrupt braking and low maneuverability.
Pros
engine smoothness, mileage, comfort
cons
front brake, engine heating

Best touring bike available in 150cc segment. Bajaj has made daily touring easy avenger 150 is best for city n highway touring. If you love riding royal enfield you would love to ride avenger because it feels more comfortable than any royal enfield bikes and it feels stable in speed of 80 to 100 compare to royal enfield and its vibrations

Amazing avenger

Well, i always wished to have a cruiser bike with likes of harley but with avenger it became possible. As it is a pocket friendly low budget priced cruiser bike. It's a gem in its own. Looks, styling, comfort, road appearance everything is excellent. Mileage is impressive and maintenance is quite low. I have driven >12000 km and its one and half years old but still feels like i have purchased it today. Never expected such a quality product from bajaj and its fulfills dream of having affordable cruiser bike for youths.

Stylish looks low maintenance cost enough power with comfortable riding.
