With the government announcing a drop in custom duty on CBU motorcycles, BMW Motorrad has slashed the prices for its range. 

Since it made its debut last year, BMW Motorrad sold 252 motorcycles in the Indian market. The sales were achieved in the last nine months of 2017. 

This year saw a slew of big bikes being unveiled by different manufacturers at the Tokyo Motor Show and EICMA. Out of these, here are 9 big bikes are expected to make their way to India in 2018. Here is the list-

The manufacturer is expected to launch the bikes in India by February just in time to rival the updated Tiger 800 range.

BMW Motorrad has opened a new showroom in New Delhi.  The facility has been named Lutyens Motorrad and is the German two-wheel maker’s fifth sales and service outlet in India. The arrival of this showroom is their first facility in North India.     

The Bavarian manufacturer has announced yet another recall in the country for an issue with the accessory turn signals fitted on ten models from their line-up. This is the sixth recall from the manufacturer in a span of a month. 

BMW R1200 GS owners rejoice! The famous BMW GS Trophy is coming to India this year. The Indian national qualifier will be held in Goa from 26-29 October, 2017.
