The BMW G 310 R marks Motorrad’s foray into the rapidly growing small-capacity streetfighter segment. While the motorcycle was first shown in India over two years ago, it went on sale quite recently, priced at Rs 2.99 lakhs (ex-showroom). The BMW G310 R was first unveiled at the 2016 Auto Expo and finally made its way to India recently priced at Rs 3.49 lakhs (ex-showroom). Its biggest rival in the country is the KTM 390 Duke. Meanwhile you can feast your eyes through this photo gallery of the BMW G310 R.

Priced at Rs 2.99 lakhs, the G310 R is the most affordable BMW motorcycle you can buy in India. However at that price point, there are half a dozen other motorcycles you could opt for. Here is what the grid looks like- 

BMW has finally launched the G310 R and G310 GS in India. While the streetfighter costs Rs 2.99 lakh, the adventure-touring motorcycle retails at Rs 3.49 lakh. 

The bikes will finally arrive in India tomorrow, 18 July. While the G310 R is expected to be priced around Rs 3.5 lakhs, the G310 GS is likely to retail at around Rs 3.7 lakh
