Onboard Charger stopped working within 04 months of purchase. My Chetak 2433/Premium 2024 is lying in the Jeypore Showroom since December 2024 for the replacement of the defective Onboard Charger. The service centre or the Chetak Customer Support System could not resolve my problem even after 03 months. Please be aware of these frauds. The after-sales service experience is very pathetic. Please don’t invest 1.6 Lakhs on these types of fraudulent services. If u have any doubts about my review I can show the bills.

With in 4 months my vehicle battery is not working, worst part service person never bother about customer problem, needs 2 to 3 months to replace battery and should pay EMI for vehicle for unused months, the brand bajaj was famous vehicle in those days but now BAJAJ has feels like smugglers it may in term of bajaj finance or may be in bajaj vehicle and spares.

My scooter was stuck in the service center for 2 months due to no spare parts. No calls were answered, no updates given. When I finally got it back, my charger was missing – and instead of accountability, the staff blamed me.On top of that, I had to spend Rs-10,000 renting another scooter.For a brand like Bajaj, this level of negligence is shocking. Selling scooters without proper service support is unacceptable.Think twice before buying a Chetak.

I bought Chetak before 3.5 years ago, now the warranty is finished, there is a problem with the MCU part and battery. The cost for that is one lac. The service supervisor told to scrap it instead of repairing it. So please don't buy any EV vehicles. The after sales service is also third class for normal service of vehicles waiting period is two months

Don't buy a Bajaj Chetak. They are not good enough to be service providers. I bought Chetak in October 2023, still they are still not in service providers. So the company should think about a service provider. An officer of the company had a very bad experience with a customer who talked rudely. So think 100 times while buying Bajaj bikes or a scooter. I have a month's booking call record, and I also emailed to company, but no response from the company. They don't have any responsibility to customers.

Worst experience, after 9 months of purchasing the Bajaj Chetak 2443 auxiliary battery got faulty, they are not providing proper service, the battery is under warranty but still they were saying you should pay for it, when we demanded for proof of 9 months then they realized it is under warranty. It seems the service department is misleading to people. 17-day vehicle is with them but still they are giving fake promises.

Poor performance of Chetak ev 3502

I bought Chetak EV 3502 in AUGUST 2025. Since then the vehicle is giving us battery issues. It is giving us the average of just 70 km per charging, whereas the company claims at to be around 125 km per charging on road. When we reached out to the store from where we bought, they were not ready to take any responsibility and redirected as to the service centre. When we contacted the service centre, they made a fool out of us by just updating the software and saying that now it will work fine. But it didn't. Then we again contacted them saying that it is not working fine. Show the kept the vehicle with them saying that we will see what's wrong and now the vehicle is with them for more than a month and they still haven't been able to figure out what is the issue.

Poor performance of Chetak ev 3502

I bought Chetak EV 3502 in AUGUST 2025. Since then the vehicle is giving us battery issues. It is giving us the average of just 70 km per charging, whereas the company claims at to be around 125 km per charging on road. When we reached out to the store from where we bought, they were not ready to take any responsibility and redirected as to the service centre. When we contacted the service centre, they made a fool out of us by just updating the software and saying that now it will work fine. But it didn't. Then we again contacted them saying that it is not working fine. Show the kept the vehicle with them saying that we will see what's wrong and now the vehicle is with them for more than a month and they still haven't been able to figure out what is the issue.
