Bajaj Chetak Price in Mumbai

I bought this scooter for work purposes, but for the last two days, it has been sitting at the service center. They are unable to update the Tecpac in the scooter. When I asked why this issue persists, they mentioned it's a problem from Chetak's R&D side. Customer care keeps repeating the same line: "Please visit the service center." I explained that my vehicle is already at the service center, but that did not lead to any solutions—just the same response.
I called customer care twice, and each time the same person answered the call, but he was completely unhelpful. I am puzzled by how Bajaj operates in this manner. I can confidently say that I will never buy another Bajaj vehicle again, nor will I recommend them to anyone.
It seems that the time of customers is not valued; they only prioritize their own issues. No one there seems willing to take ownership of the situation.
In summary, I can only express my disappointment: the after-sales service and experience at the service center have been absolutely dreadful.
