BGauss C12i Summary
BGauss C12 is an electric scooter available in 3 variants and 7 colours. BGauss C12 generates 1.5 W power from its motor. With both front and rear drum brakes, BGauss C12 comes up with combined braking system of both wheels.
The BGauss C12i is the brand’s latest entrant in the electric scooter segment, designed with a clear focus on urban utility and everyday functionality. With a clean, minimalist design, the C12i features a classic round LED headlamp and apron-mounted turn indicators. Its practical design is further enhanced by a spacious flat floorboard, comfortable single-piece seat, and a sturdy grab-rail for added convenience.
At the heart of the BGauss C12i is a 2.7kWh lithium-ion battery, delivering a claimed ARAI range of 123km on a single charge. The scooter supports two riding modes – Eco and Sport – to suit different riding preferences and conditions.
The C12i is equipped with a TFT digital display showing key ride information such as speed, odometer, trip meter, and distance-to-empty. It also features a side-stand sensor, safety start switch, and Combined Braking System (CBS) for enhanced safety.
The C12i offers a front apron storage, generous 23-litre under-seat compartment, and a USB charging port for on-the-go convenience. The scooter rides on a telescopic fork up front and a four-step adjustable rear shock absorber, providing a comfortable ride for daily commutes. It rolls on 12-inch front and 10-inch rear wheels, with drum brakes at both ends to handle braking duties.
BGauss offers the C12i in as many as seven colours such as BGauss Matte Blue, Foliage Green, Yellow Techno, Ice Green, Glossy Beige, Brooklyn Black, and Pearl White.

my experience with it has been very disappointing. I expected a smooth and reliable ride from an electric vehicle, but unfortunately the scooter has not met my expectations at all.First of all, the service quality is very poor. Whenever there is a problem with the scooter and I try to contact the service center, the response is slow and not very helpful. The staff does not seem very interested in solving the issues properly. This makes the overall ownership experience very frustrating.Secondly, the scooter has many small problems that keep coming up again and again. Sometimes there are issues with the performance, and sometimes with other parts of the scooter. Because of these repeated problems, it does not feel like a dependable vehicle for daily use.Another major problem is the handling of the scooter. The handling is not smooth and it does not feel very stable while riding. This makes it uncomfortable, especially on uneven roads. The body quality of the scooter is also not good. The build feels weak and not very durable. For the price of the scooter, I expected a much stronger and better-designed body.Overall, my experience with the BGauss electric scooter has been quite disappointing. The poor service, frequent problems, weak body quality, and uncomfortable handling make it difficult to recommend this scooter to others. I hope the company improves the quality of their vehicles and their service support in the future

I used this bike for two years. It's awesome. Not a problem. The ride was smooth. Rainy days are not a start problem. The price was affordable. So, support this bike because I have been using past year regularly. Again, I bought this bike, but money problem, so feature confirmed this bike (BGauss c12). Design, Wiring, motor systems, braking systems and riding comfort overall were super. So, I truly refer was this bike buying. Thank you, BGauss.

Best ebike full worth of money and easy to use and gives a good riding experience, which normally big brands will not give you against the price you pay, and the charging is also good, not only does it charge faster but it gives you a feel of a good quality bike. Right now, you see many big brands, but giving a commitment towards quality is few.

Very good scooter in this price range. Easy and smooth riding experience. I purchased this C21i last month and my experience with this scooter is very good. You can easily use it for your daily commute. Enough leg space in the front and also a good riding range. My buying experience was also very good, it was hustle free.

I recently bought a Bgauss c12i max is very stylish and very comfortable to ride. It is the perfect scooter for family use good boot space and many colour options. But many things missing like mobile connectivity, disk brakes, navigation etc. It has good speed and pickup for city use 50 to 55 km easily touches the suspension also has a great breaking ok ok light and good rear tel light that looks great and stylish.

Very stylish and comfortable Scoter in the EV segment, His Body material ABS fiber makes a more stylish look, and UV coating color protects from Sun lights. More features more costing. my experience with it has been very disappointing. The dealer's knowledge about the product was disappointing, with several inaccuracies in the information provided. For instance, the range per charge was stated to be 55-60km, but in reality, it only covers 40-45km. The charging time was also misrepresented - it was said to be 2 hours, but it takes a full 4 hours. Furthermore, the electricity consumption was not correctly communicated. We were told it would consume a maximum of 3 units of electricity, but the 2 KW charger consumes 8 KW if used for 4 hours. This discrepancy in electricity consumption information was misleading. The most significant issue, however, is the difficulty in removing and replacing the battery - a major design flaw in the bike. Having owned the bike for almost two months, I am considering selling it and purchasing a bike from a more reliable brand.
