Honda has launched the new Honda CBR650F in India at Rs 7.3 lakhs (ex-showroom). A locally assembled model, the new CBR650F features a BSIV-compliant engine as well as a few mechanical updates. 

The 2017 Honda CBR650F has been launched in Malaysia, along with its streetfighter sibling - the CB650F. We expect it to be launched in India in the next few months as a locally assembled model.

Honda has showcased the new CBR650F at the 2017 Bangkok International Motor Show in Thailand. We expect it to be launched in India in the second half of this year as a locally assembled model.

Honda dealers have been offering discounts ranging from Rs 60,000 to Rs 80,000 on the ex-showroom price of the CBR650F.

Honda's middleweight CBR650F and CB650F have been updated for 2017. There are no sweeping changes; the big H has opted for incremental updates with these twins. 

There were two very interesting Honda CBR650F-based motorcycles displayed by Honda at the EICMA motorcycle show last year. The scrambler esque motorcycle was called the CB Six50 and the café racer styled one was called the CB4. According to international sources, these two CBR650F-based concepts could turn into production models.
