      Sonal Jain

I bought Chetak EV 3502 in AUGUST 2025. Since then the vehicle is giving us battery issues. It is giving us the average of just 70 km per charging, whereas the company claims at to be around 125 km per charging on road. When we reached out to the store from where we bought, they were not ready to take any responsibility and redirected as to the service centre. When we contacted the service centre, they made a fool out of us by just updating the software and saying that now it will work fine. But it didn't. Then we again contacted them saying that it is not working fine. Show the kept the vehicle with them saying that we will see what's wrong and now the vehicle is with them for more than a month and they still haven't been able to figure out what is the issue.

This vehicle is so poor that it's giving problems every week
The service is also very very very poor. The vehicle can shut down anytime the charger doesn't work and they just say it requires an update. How does a vehicle require an update every 15 days
Have been given my vehicle 4 times in less than 3 months and they have a week to repair but it feels like nothing has been fixed
      A problem every time
Dont buy dont waste your money on this shit
If you want to waste money, watch Housefull 5 10 times.

The bike has too many technical issues, and service quality is beyond pathetic. It takes 2-3 months minimum to even fix minor problems, such as replacing the onboard charger. Once you get the bike repaired right after repairing another issue comes out. This bike can be described in one word: UNRELIABLE.

    • Seat hard as Stone

      Vishal Harney

Seat is so hard that you will develop knee and back pain. It stops blood circulation in lower part of the body. If you continue sitting for more than 20 minutes.
There is no solution to this problem as we tried to use soft seat cover but it didn't work.
We apprised this issue to the dealer to and he acknowledged it.

    • Worst after-sales, don't target money, target people's satisfaction.

      Deepan

I purchased my second EV bike from the Chetak Madurai Kamarajar Salai branch. They are good at selling bikes, but the service and the way they handle customers are worse. I bought at march 21st and today 28 april, i m facing in issues in service though the paint is proper due to some damage from the delivery they said will replace that front part, but i am trying to reach them often no response and they finally painted it with different matt red color, saying me the color is same. How can people say this? I am a fan of bikes, but don't buy from people who don't care after delivery or sale. Got frustrated.

      Pls don't waste your money.
      It's a Scrap.
A lot of technical issues and you will get a worse service experience.
Especially don't go for Khivraj Motors Chennai
Within 1 year and 3 months battery issue and your vehicle abruptly stops in the middle of the road and our life will be at stake.
Every once in 3 months you have to change disk shoes.

    • Third class after sale service of chetak

      Preeti Sharma

Third-class after-sales service by Mangalam Chetak showroom service center bhmori Indore (M.P.) They harass the customer, don't listen to them. Make a fall commitment. Ask the customer to bring their vehicle half an hour before the opening of the service centre. Managers are even ready to pick up phone. Even customer care also don't cooperate.

    • Chetak EV – A Costly Scam on Wheels

      Domnic

Never buy this vehicle. Within a week, the battery failed, the features didn’t work, and it even stalled on the road. Overpriced, unsafe, and sold with lies — Bajaj’s so-called “3 yrs / 50k km standard warranty” is meaningless, as the vehicle is nothing but a dummy with a defective battery and non-functioning features. The vehicle, once it's out of the showroom, has ongoing problems that to date they haven't identified or fix.
The sales team manipulates, management stays silent, and no one takes ownership after sales.
Battery replacement after warranty costs a shocking ₹90k — pure scam. They are blood-suckers, not trustworthy. Not worth buying this EV. Refrain and save yourself from suffering. Those who have already bought don't accept the temporary patchwork of battery replacement. They are repairing and fixing batteries from one vehicle to another. That is also not brand new.
3k km battery is completely dead. Don't trust or invest in this dummy vehicle anymore.

The bike has too many technical issues, and service quality is beyond pathetic. It takes 2-3 months minimum to even fix minor problems, such as replacing the onboard charger. Once you get the bike repaired right after repairing another issue comes out. This bike can be described in one word: UNRELIABLE.
