Ather 450X Summary
Ather 450X is an electric scooter available in 4 variants and 6 colours. Ather 450X generates 3300 W power from its motor. With both front and rear disc brakes, Ather 450X comes up with combined braking system of both wheels.
The 450X is Ather’s mid-level scooter and sits between the most affordable 450S and the most expensive 450 Apex models.
The 450X shares its design with other 450-series scooters from Ather. It looks sporty and has aggressive styling with a youthful appeal. The fascia consists of an LED headlight with LED turn indicators mounted on the handlebar cowl. The scooter gets a single-piece seat with a grab-rail at the rear.
Ather offers the 450X with two battery options – 2.9kWh and 3.7kWh. The smaller battery pack offers 90km of true range whereas the larger one does 110km. That said, the motor output and top speed are the same – 6.4kW and 90kmph – respectively. The charging time for the 3.7kWh battery is five hours and 45 minutes, while the 2.9kWh unit takes eight hours and 36 minutes for a full charge.
The features listed on the Ather 450X consist of LED illumination, 16GB storage, 2GB RAM, seven-inch TFT touchscreen, and CBS. The Pro Pack gives you access to five ride modes – Smart Eco, Eco, Ride, Sport, and Warp – along with Google Maps navigation, document storage, tow and theft notifications, find my scooter, ride stats, push navigation, inter-city trip planner, OTA updates, and more. However, the Pro Pack demands an additional price of Rs. 23,078 for the larger battery pack and Rs. 16,999 for the smaller battery pack.
The hardware on the Ather 450X comprises telescopic front forks and a monoshock. Meanwhile, the brakes include a 200mm front and 190mm rear disc mounted on 12-inch wheels. These alloys are wrapped in 90/90 front and 100/80 rear tyres.
Ather offers the 450X in six colour options – Space Grey, Still White, Salt Green, True Red, Cosmic Black, and Lunar Grey.

It’s all good until 6 months later it’s a nightmare , worst service centres worst advisors they don’t know about their product . Please don’t buy it’s not worth very unhappy with their after sales . Belt noise is problem very often ,cluster display has too much glitches which isn’t resolved from beginning

Running vehicle suddenly going to stop

I took this vehicle 4 months before only the price 1.97 for first 2 months okay from last Month onwards I have been facing the problems on road it's going to suddenly stop the vehicle automatically and it's suddenly going to below 30 speed only I'm in that sport mode not happy service people also not respond properly not value for money this vehicle.

Ather 450x an amazing bike with great riding experience and control. So good in acceleration and braking. Servicing is so good in authorised service center and required very less maintenance. I would greatly recommend this bike. I haven't feel any discomfort till a date. Look wise this bike is beating all other brand.

Excellent driving and controlAmazing acceleration with proper syncWind-cutting body panel shape, (aerodynamic)Comfortable drivingThe only con is in low end model of 450x charger Given takes 8 hrs to charge, pls go for 3.7 kw model for more range and a faster charger.Parts are expensive ather should focus.

Don't waste your hard earned money on this product

In the first 400 KM only there was a noise from the rear wheel. Conveyed the same to ather representative and gave a temporary solution. Again around 700 noise was regenerating from the rear wheel.. No permanent solution.. Also, staff at ather showroom ( Shankar Shet) Road and Hadapsar service centre are worst..Do not waste your 2 lakh on this product and their services.

Buying experience was cool as there are less steps Riding is a smooth condition where the breaks are good .The boot space is good and the leg keeping space is huge and comfortable.Decent colours available. No vibrant colors Service is done once and it's a very good sevice Cons- need more colors
