I've been very much experienced, it's got 51 km/hr mileage and also the power is very much attractive. there is also a wide space for the seat and the comfort in riding is very much good. I think it's the best bike from yamaha. really loved it.
1) instrument display is not hold fixed n it's flexible. I don't like that, as it should b in solid attachment with bike 2) the ignition key area is also flexible and sides connected with tank body is not well finished. 3) oil input lock on the tank is also flexible 4) ...

There is no protective coating. As i have seen a scratched fz v3 on showroom. 4) gaps between plastic joints. 5) tap on the tank bump, u will find out that it is hollow like ballon nd prone to break easily with a minor accident. Overall, i can say it is a trap by yamaha.

Actually bought a used one but was in really very good condition. The riding was pretty smooth. I think the pickup was very powerful compared to its segment. The engine is reliable and smooth as always like the Yamaha bikes. It has got killer looks in its segment but actually I like the looks of BS4 FZ25, but due to short budget I went for the FZ but never regretted.Maintenance is not on the costlier side or on the cheap side. I always use motul synthetic oil and it gave me a very good feedback. As i bought a used one, I used to service it occasionally in a local workshop I knew and not in Yamaha service centre. I used to service my old scooter in the same workshop and he had done a pretty good job.Now moving onto the pros and cons,So talking about pros, I think everything will be pros1.Breaking is excellent for a 150cc bike.2.The engine is both reliable and got a sportier performance compared to other bikes in the segment.3.The seat is cushioned nicely and will give you comfort in long rides. Both pillion and rider will be satisfied.4.Handling is an important aspect and Yamaha had done a pretty good job there. And everything else was just as I need it to be.And now talking about cons1.Headlight is good but not good enough for long rides. For just city rides it is enough but you will need auxiliary lights for long trips.2.The tank is made of fiber so magnetic tank bag cant be used for touring. But u can tie up the saddle in the rear. From my point of view apart from above points I didn't feel any cons in the bike. It was a pretty good deal in its price segment, Yamaha had done a very good job there.

This bike is all rounder in terms of quality and ride feel and maintenance..

This bike is all rounder in terms of quality and ride feel and maintenance..Its alot better than before but the con is it doesn't have low end for better use in city traffic like Suzuki Gixxer. This bike produces 13.6 bhp @ 8500rpm and 13 Nm @ 6000rpm. The on paper power figures are lost cause provided by Yamaha. But for optimum performance they have altered the redline from 9500rpm to 7250rpm till which it produces its BHP so that the bike wont run out of its performance and will be maintained better ahead.Low end is none absolute slug till 4500rpmMid range is very optimistic and amazing after 4500rpm till 6000rpmTop end is fine but not great from 6000rpm to 7250rpm

It all started with the FZ-16 that was introduced in India back in 2008. It was the bike all the young guns wanted. Fast forward to 2019 and here you have the FZ-S V3 which, as the insightful lot of you might have guessed right, is the third generation of the FZ-16. How...
