Don't waste your money on Honda Hornet 2.0. Worst experience ever. Honda breaks the trust of valuable customers. Worst service experience. Waste product. The new bike is facing oil leakage, gear shifting issues. Suspension & brake noise. Lots of problems started arising after I purchased this bike. Go for another brand which is reliable & trusted.

For the first 100 kms got a mileage of 20-25 but after that, it gives a decent mileage of 40+ which is great. The bike is lightweight and nimble. The only downside of looks is the hornet2.0 sticker which is a subjective thing...The gearbox is smooth...Engine refinement ...

The only downside of looks is the hornet2.0 sticker which is a subjective thing...The gearbox is smooth...Engine refinement is also good cause its honda bike. But the thing I have experienced is that 4th gear sometimes hets stuck probably it has something to do with the clutch. Pillion is a seat not that great for the long route.

Firstly when I bought this bike, I thought that its VFM. But in just 4 days the rear brake started making noise, oil leakage problem. The fuel meter is not good at all, sometimes it gets 1 line extra after some time it's not. The gearbox is also not that good, it's not ...
Firstly when I bought this bike, I thought that its VFM. But in just 4 days the rear brake started making noise, oil leakage problem. The fuel meter is not good at all, sometimes it gets 1 line extra after some time it's not. The gearbox is also not that good, it's not even smooth, the gear position indicator it's own confusing when I change the gear sometimes its shows (-) like this. Not going to trust Honda again.

Overall looks is awesome, Usd forks gives a premium feel. First service is done, maintenance cost is very low. But, rear break not abs and it's a air cooled engine. That's a disadvantages for this price range.

It's my first ever bike and turned out to be pretty good ,the looks to this bike are one of the best in 200cc segment ,the monstrous fuel tank embraces the looks, golden USD forks are also present which are generally seen in more premium sports bikes like KTM etc. Riding experience has been good, the only issues, I faced were that the rear brake started making noise after 1000 km's and the engine guard was a bit loose. Nevertheless the bike is good stuff. You can still consider buying MT15 or R15 or even Duke 125 just by adding 10-12k Rupees more.

Owner of this bike from last 1 month. Here are a few pros and cons.
Pros : 1.) exceptionally good handling - you will just love to ride it in city or on highways. 2.) superb comfort - for riders it's seat is very comfy but for pillion I will give 8.5 out of 10 3.) great for cornering - if you live in a place where there is a lot of cornering , this bike will amaze you with the confidence it gives while cornering. 4.) decent mileage - was 40-42kmpl of mileage before first servicing but they said it will increase to 45+. 5.) grabs attention - it's something new on Indian roads + it's golden USD forks looks amazingly sexy. 6.) power - it can beat any bike(under 200cc) in 0-70km/h speed, even that roaring apache !! . Very strong mid range . Cruising speed is 90-100 without any vibration.
Cons : 1.) no abs on rear disc - this was disappointing. The rear wheel does skids on heavy braking. Should have been there. 2.) creepy sound from rear disc - rear disc sounds like rat while braking, however it got fixed after first servicing.3.) stiff suspension - it has adjustable rear suspension which is pre fixed on stiffer side. But on positive it gives confidence while cornering. 4.) headlights - could have been better, specially in low beam. Many owners have posted issue with this bike like oil leakage or others. I didn't faced any of such issue except of sound from rear disc which got fixed after first servicing. And yes it will lose race against mt-15 or apache but only in top range which is after 90km/h, probably and you don't need that in city even if you like to race. P.S -- this bike is mature and seeks probably a mature rider who loves riding rather than speeding or doing drag race.
