Hello , i bought this bike before 1 year because i love it's look and efficiency but after 1 year of use i am totally unsatisfied because bike doesn't give me good average ad per the company told me, it's just give me 40km/ l and it's very costly if you are travelling daily ... So from my point of view if you want purchase the bike for the efficiency so please don't buy it.

Worst bike ever built by hero motors. Don't purchase this flop model.Timing chain got defective after purchase of three months.Very poor bike chain timing knocks regularly. Maintenance cost too high. Service center mechanics are also unable to maintain this bike they always said that this is manufacturer defect i serviced this bike for several times and complained to but no action taken by the company .I totally disappointed by this bike and service provider too.

This is my first bike, but the worst bike. On the first day when I take this bike to my home, the problem of engine noise started, given to the dealership to check on it. They said this is not a big problem, kept the bike for 3 days then noise problem solved. But in just under 50,000 km. Its engine gets seized about 5 times...I got regular service from the nearest dealerships also whenever the engine was seized also repaired by the dealership.I am regretting why bought a vehicle from hero motocorp...I will never buy or recommend someone in my life to buy any vehicle hero motocorp manufactured.

Engine noise is louder. Takes time in getting started after a few months. Pickup is low. Horn quality is not good. No front disc brakes. The bike also fails on the front of milage. It gives an average milage below 50kmpl. In short it is an average ordinary bike from hero. I think the company must stop befooling people in the name of splendor and needs to concentrate onimproving bike engine quality rather than making it stylish.

It's been 6 months of riding experience on my ismart 110.

It's looking great and stylish.

The i3s system is good

the smooth sounding is awesome.

The problem with this bike is mileage.

In d showroom they said that the mileage is upto 100 but in my experience with this bike the mileage is upto 55 which is more disappointing factor we never wants.

I think the new hero engine 2017 has some small issues.

If hero overcome the problem then ismart will become the most popular in budget level.Thank you.

2.Riding at normal speed is ok. But at high speed it vibrates.

3. Mileage is 55 kmpl, looks is good.

4.Servicing and maintenance costs very low.

5.Cons- not for high speed

cannot be used for racing

pros- mileage is good

efficient and suitable for low speed usage.

This is worst of money not good pickup not good mileage it give only 40 km/liter mileage and engine sound very badly . and i m not satisfied it's service .I bought this bike in march to the next day i hearing some noise in engine i take the bike and go to the service center and the employee say this is not your problem this is my problem and even today the bike take up very badly noise.

Overall to costly and very pathetic.

Hero says it is a 110 cc bike but i don't think so because it performance is like a 70 cc bike. It make noise, and self start also does not work most of the times.

Average is not good. It gives 48km/lit mileage. That's why hero does not printed it's mileage in brochure. I would recommend not to buy hero bikes at-least newly launched.

Riding is with special sound effect is superb, engine sounds very bad even after all 6 free services its not rectified. And service centre says its normal, as if we are fools and do not understand the problem, never expected such a worst bike from hero. Hero need to work on the seriously to improve.
