It good bike looking so stylish its average is also around 60 to 68 but its engine is lightly sound i show my bike in service center and it says its normal sound , all i smart 110 sound is same like light noise i faces many problem on this its passing light self i ride this bike daily 80 to 90 km continuously ride the bike 40 gone and 40 come and the bike is heated so engine sound is more noisy its gear shift is so hard

I have very poor experience with i smart 110 . Main problem is timing chain . It creates noise . I change 3 timing chain just before 28000 km . Not satisfied with this bike at all . Earlier splendor & deluxe is good . Now also good .But i smart is not good at all .I ride this bike at speed of 80 km & wall gets damage 2 times .

Worst bike in the world I have seen. No spare parts are available in any location or hero showroom. The engine noise is very loud. So don't buy this bike in the future. Bike's full spare parts are damaged and should be replaced. No suspension. Service and maintenance are very bad. Waste of money. Very very bad experience.

I have bad experience with this bike i-smart 110cc bs4 i3s 2017 model, my bike has run for 45600 km and its engine has been opened two times for crank, piston, time chain change and engine make some noise with timing chain,service center people say that engine 5-year warranty will be valid only if you do all service from our service center.

Hero or villain !!!It's is one of the worst bikes from hero which is denting the brand image.....I was the first in my city to buy this bike keeping in mind the reliability of hero......But soon after a month after 2000 km it started a peculiar and annoying sound from the engine and when i approached the hero service center they told me that the engine kit needs to be replaced by the company. After 15 months of buying they recalled my bike and the mental trauma didn't end here. They didn't return my bike for 15 days saying that spare parts is not available with the company.Finally they replaced the engine kit and returned it to me 16th day. After a month it again started the same annoying sound and also the mileage dropped to 40 km or even less. On 17 may 2018 it finally stopped working as the engine finally stopped working now again the service center has excuses that the engine parts are not available with the company.Worst bike , worst service and now the worst automobile brand which is only cheating the customers.Never recommend any of the hero bikes to your friends and relatives as there is no more trust left on the hero.......

I have own this on the year of 2015 hassle free from jamshedpur by comparing others with same range after this i never face any problem with this bike, half yearly servicing is enough. No one can't find any 2nd option compare to this one for best mileage,good looks, better performance. Hero splendor i-smart-unexceptionable bike.

Hello i m very regret to say that it was such a worst day on that i have bought this buy

Such a worst product of hero

It is continuously roaring after a 4 successful services... They have said don't worry i will do it

But after a couple of days its starts roaring again

I strongly recommend to go for honda bikes...

1. Seat - when you going on the up and down road this bike seat starts just like a drums(music). Information gives to the agency, they are told that is company product no any solutions.

2. Petrol tank switch - local made worth rs.10/-

3. After one month, petrol dried on main petrol key position.

4.Very bad noise on travelling time.

5.The turning radius is very low.

6.I kindly request that nobody buy this bike.Very very bad product and hero is totally zero.
