Harley-Davidson Sportster range was known for its character, a styling that made many buyers feel proud. But most importantly, it was the air-cooled motor that offered tonnes of torque throughout and a sound that was so unique to the motorcycle. However, things changed when HD decided to discontinue the air-cooled Sportster last year. The Sportster left a gap, which was eventually filled by the new Nightster a few months later. We got a chance to ride the 2022 Pan America. For 2022, the American brand has given it a new vibrant blue paint scheme and some software and minor feature upgrades. And yes, I could ride this model only off-road as the Pan America was part of only off-road experience.Read full review

The similarities between the two are many. Both cost around Rs 7 lakhs, come with 'all-black' styling, and have liquid cooled twin cylinder engines that masquerade as air cooled units, you know, just to trick you into believing these have old world charm. These are also both low slung, laid back and ideal upgrades for various Royal Enfield owners.
