Okinawa R30 Summary
Okinawa R30 is an electric scooter available in only 1 variant and 5 colours. Okinawa R30 generates 0.25 W power from its motor. With both front and rear drum brakes, Okinawa R30 comes up with electronically assisted braking system.
Okinawa R30 is an electric scooter that is available in a single variant and five colour options. Buyers can select the scooter in Pearl White, Glossy Red, Metallic Orange, Sea Green, and Sunrise Yellow colour options. The electric scooter is powered by a 250watt BLDC motor that is fueled by a 1.34KWH lithium-ion battery pack. The motor comes with a three-year/30,000km warranty.
The top speed of the e-scooter is rated at 25kmph. The removable battery pack, which comes with a three-year warranty, can take up to five hours to fully recharge and it promises a range of 60km per charge. The charger comes with an auto cut function.
In terms of design, the Okinawa R30 features a subtle styling. The design includes an apron-mounted headlight, gloss-black finish to the apron, a digital speedometer, body-coloured front fender, flat footboard, and a single-piece pillion grab rail. The seat height is 735mm tall while the loading capacity is rated at 150kg.
The hardware on the electric scooter includes telescopic front forks and twin-sided rear springs to handle the suspension tasks. The braking duties are performed by drum brakes on both ends while the safety-net includes electronic assisted braking system with regenerative energy.

Worst scooty I have ever seen please do not buy this scooty at any cost it is full of money and wastage all Okinawa products are very poor quality never to buying Okinawa. My scooty battery has also not worked for 6 months and no one will help me in this situation even though service centers are not working in my city Shahjahanpur. Please do not buy Okinawa

A better replacement for cycle but not for a scooter

Check for your priorities and then buy this... Would suggest going for better reliable EV options like tvs iqube, ola or ather If EV is a priority. Or else there r other better options in the market too that are more reliable and provide better comfort rides too. This vehicle is good for kids 15-18 age as no license is required

Sturdy & Best in Class Vehicle - Low Speed

Have been using this bike for around 1 year. Low-speed vehicle & very sturdy. Used other waste brands like okay & benling. Okinawa is much better than other EVs. Okinawa is much better in build quality and also easy to handle the vehicle. Bought it from Parameshwara Motors in Karimnagar. Good buying experience also and nice people.

Ensure that no heavy items like 25kgs rice bags or 20ltrs water bottles are kept and you fall in ditch. If you are driving properly there will be no issue. Ask for free service in 1000kms and ask for checking any bent nuts in tires.

Service and maintenance are very poor. Don't buy any Okinawa products. Less warranty of parts.If anything happens to the parts within 1 or 2 years period and if didn't obtain a service scooter they charge you for parts and if you take service then they don't charge for parts. The waiting period for parts is also 10 to 15 days.

Poor quality and poor services in current market of okinawa

I purchased it 6 months. Out of six months last three months it is in the repair center. The battery used is of poor quality and services are also very poor. After purchasing in the first-month complaint to the dealer he told me the original battery was having a problem. After two months again battery gone faulty. Now still from 6th august 2022 to till yet i.E 11th oct 2022 in the repair center now you can think about the services?

Looks pretty good. But other things are horrible. Main thing it claims 60km per charge but drain out after 30 to 35 kms. On one to hear your voice, sub dealer, main dealer customer care all are just ignore you after selling it. Cheap plastic material used.No space in dickey. Never purchase okinawa..

Using this vehicle for 14 months owned it on july 2020 for 61,000 inr after that my average is 8km per day since then riding experience is comfortable plastic parts are average quality but not that high or low quality. 35 km per hour is the top speed for first 20km. Ground clearance is less. If 1 person riding this scooter can easily give mileage to 60 or above ( got 68 km riding still 25% left) if two person is riding there must be some changes it will give around 50-55. It consumes 1.36 kwh or 1.36 unit of electricity from 0-100%. I am spending 35 inr for my daily commute in my town. Looks of this vehicle is quite good and headlight which is given by company is not that powerful better to be replaced with led lights. Braking is very powerful.

It's low speed scooter

scooter is nice, riding but little bit low pickup disappointed me, but now I am inhabitant to use this about 1 week completed I ride about 60 km. Speed mode is not working lights are not operated by switch, ground clearance low many times scooter pump on speed breaker's body get touched. Wheels are so short.

Fast and furious

First time i gone a bike ride and it's really awesome though it's not my own bike really i am happy for riding in that because my first battery vehicle i gone through is mah okinawa , and the ultimate stylish vehicle no have ever seen .. It's mine red color okinawa r30 , faster like a cheetah, smooth like a smoothy, but charging the battery takes a time , but eco friendly , energy saving and memorable journey .

A so so product at an average price

Body panel and battery sounds are evident on bad roads but can be fixed through small packing and using rubber tubes especially for battery case sound. Braking is good but brake pads get less effective after getting heated. Mileage is good, have driven it for 41 kilometers with 10% top speed getting reduced and there was more fuel in battery to cover 10-20 kilometers. Pickup is good. Fit and finish is better than hero electric vehicles but not upto the mark as per the price. Its basically a toy car level. Motor is torquey and offers a good pickup.

Service availably is very poor. Dealer change the service center. Service center take long time for service. Road assistance only for scooter pick up and not service. No respect from service center. No response from service center. Service cost 1500 rupees and may be more. This is scooter not recommend when rain environment.
