Huge problems in the scooter

It has been 25 days being purchased the scooter from Ola. Since the day of purchase, I'm facing the problem of the chain and range issue, where the company is claiming 240 km the range I'm getting is 130-140 in eco. And the main thing is about the service, where the service centre is not cooperating with the problems.

Worst electric vehicle in india dont try to buy it the range is only 100km but battery is 4kw they recommend still 220 in eco mode and touch is not working, if touch works the vehicle will not move after reboot then it will move some time trunk will not open service person can't solve it because they facing many problems every day.

Bad service of the selling Ola electric S1pro 3rd gen i net the number plate showroom owner is not giving me the number plate and i have purchased my scooter i need the number plate and the showroom owner is also not receiving my call as like they are not worried about me and the Ola scooter worst showroom in Talegaon dabhade also they not given me the ola pluss mode.

An insurance claim has to be made by oneself, which 95% of common people cannot do. And the service of the showroom is very bad, even if you make an insurance claim, you will be cheated by going to the service. Again, do not take it. The service center will not help you in any way. If you have any problems after purchase, they will not help you.Ban ola

It's been 10days since I bought this scooty, it went to the service center twice First, the problem with the trunkSecond time, no display. Now it's been 2days, it's in the service center.The highlight point is that even the service center ppl didn't understand what the problem was Either they get a lot of new problems every day, or these Ola service people do not have enough knowledge about e-scooters.Next highlight point customer support, they disconnect the call after raising a complaint, after saying the estimated time won't be given, it might take days, weeks, months, or years of a lifetime.If you don't train ur servicing people, customer support, or build a good working condition scooty, then why have your stores everywhere just close them. You have already looted more than anyone imagined enough of playing with the common man's money, time, and hopes. It's my kind request, please shut your store and stop playing with middle-class, low-earning people.

When I purchased in Feb 2024 from starting to this month in every 2 month I put complaint about service , Just now the day before they give back my scooter after 1 month from Thane service centre after putting 5 mail on ola support & personally visited in Thane centre 4 times , but still problem not solved , I regretting why I purchase this kind of shit

Never buy Ola, they are not interested in customer experience or after-sales. I’m another unfortunate customer waiting to get an update from the service center and it’s almost a year. A police case or consumer court case is not a matter for Ola. Their Cab service is also the same. Ola should not be allowed to do sales in India

Worst experience ever.. Worst vehicle.. and the services also very bad.. The Service staff wouldn't even accept the calls.. Please don't buy this Scrappp guysss... It won't even start at important or emergency situations. Service staffs are also not worthy, they take more than 3 weeks to solve simple issues. Don't update the scooter, multiple problems rises just after the update...
