They are ignoring customers after the sale of scooter without attending to complaints. The poor customer will take AMC paying huge amounts in the hope of getting service. After this, they will stop responding. My complaint regarding breakdown was initially closed without resolution. I again made a complaint that they were handling it casually.

The Ola scooter gives only a 109km range in eco mode out of 180km And no one can fix that problem and no one can reply from Ola company please don't buy it my ola scooter is only 30 days old but I purchased it and facing less range problem and no one fixes the problem please don't buy Ola scooter please

After-sale service is not available. Actually service Center doesn’t know what they want to work on as they how to rectify the errors. Some service Center’s don’t have laptops to check. Some want the bike to be there for months. Even now facing errors with the bike and roadside assistance costs 2.5k.

After-sales window only the call center they are not responding It's sad Made In India is false propaganda to fool the public Why they introduce without proper after-sales service My daughter using this bike and we lost money on travel 129000 is a dead investment.

Hi OLA I am not expecting this kind of bad service from the OLA Team. I Made Big Mistake In My Life Purches For Ola Electric Bike.Blody bugger what service you are providing & Call center information is not given, I purchased 1 year back OLA S1 PRO navy blue. logged a complaint on Sunday 31-03-2024 every day I call to call center but nobody can properly answer. My issues are 1) the display not working 2) the Handle was locked 3) the front & Back Disk brakes too much noise coming 4) the display Pannel was opened.I Do Not Sujjest Anybody For Ola Bikes.

it's one of the worst purchases of the decade. The plastic used in the scooter is also very very cheap. The software is one more thing which irritating every update has more unreliable options. too much waiting time for the service. The center stand design of Ola in-house manufacturing is cheaper and has its biggest design flaw.

Disappointing Experience with OLA Scooter: Unreliable Product and Subpar Customer ServiceAs a recent purchaser of the OLA Scooter, I am deeply disappointed to share my experience with the product and the accompanying customer service. Within just two months of ownership, my electric scooter has broken down twice, both times due to the inability to unlock it.The recurring issue of the scooter failing to unlock has not only caused immense inconvenience but has also highlighted the unreliability of the product. Despite reaching out to the customer care center multiple times, the response has been nothing short of pathetic and poor.The frustration only compounded when I finally managed to schedule a technician visit, only to have them fail to show up. This lack of professionalism and disregard for customer time is simply unacceptable.Additionally, the recent interaction with the service center manager left much to be desired. His insistence that I personally retrieve the scooter from a location 31 kilometers away from my residence showcases a complete disregard for customer convenience and a lack of empathy.In summary, my experience with OLA Electric has been nothing short of a nightmare. From the unreliable product to the subpar customer service, it is evident that the company fails to meet even the most basic expectations of quality and professionalism.I strongly advise potential customers to reconsider purchasing from until they address these fundamental issues and prioritize customer satisfaction.

I have a Navy blue mat color Ola S1 Pro. An ELECTRIC bike will reduce your expenses on petrol and avoid the long queues at the petrol pump. One charge gives you 110 Km I need to charge every 3rd day. It has a good Music system and needs to attach Bluetooth and you can ride with your loved one and feel like Heaven same as 4 wheeler. It has Good Storage capacity. It works the same as mobile below 15% of charging eco mode starts where your battery saves because in hyper mode battery goes down early. The updated version has a Map on the screen you have to search on the map same as Google Maps. The cons are that it is not comfortable as it has a good height which is Uncomfortable. Not for long routes or long tour journeys as not everywhere fast charger is available. Once charging is over you cannot reach your destination. The front side is not flat so you can not keep stuff in front it will fall down. For women, the bike feels heavy. The price is high.

The Ola scooter gives only a 109km range in eco mode out of 180km And no one can fix that problem and no one can reply from Ola company please don't buy it my ola scooter is only 30 days old but I purchased it and facing less range problem and no one fixes the problem please don't buy Ola scooter please

After-sale service is not available. Actually service Center doesn’t know what they want to work on as they how to rectify the errors. Some service Center’s don’t have laptops to check. Some want the bike to be there for months. Even now facing errors with the bike and roadside assistance costs 2.5k.

I have wasted money buying this scooter. After-sales window only the call center they are not responding It's sad Made In India is false propaganda to fool the public Why they introduce without proper after-sales service My daughter using this bike and we lost money on travel 129000 is a dead investment.

Do not keep the scooter at home leave middle of the road somewhere far away you may get a pickup it will take to their yard rather than occupy your yard It is nothing but piece of junk.

Hi OLA I am not expecting this kind of bad service from the OLA Team. I Made Big Mistake In My Life Purches For Ola Electric Bike.Blody bugger what service you are providing & Call center information is not given, I purchased 1 year back OLA S1 PRO navy blue. logged a complaint on Sunday 31-03-2024 every day I call to call center but nobody can properly answer. My issues are 1) the display not working 2) the Handle was locked 3) the front & Back Disk brakes too much noise coming 4) the display Pannel was opened.I Do Not Sujjest Anybody For Ola Bikes.

worst purchase of the decade

it's one of the worst purchases of the decade. The plastic used in the scooter is also very very cheap. The software is one more thing which irritating every update has more unreliable options. too much waiting time for the service. The center stand design of Ola in-house manufacturing is cheaper and has its biggest design flaw.

Disappointing Experience with OLA Scooter: Unreliable Product and Subpar Customer ServiceAs a recent purchaser of the OLA Scooter, I am deeply disappointed to share my experience with the product and the accompanying customer service. Within just two months of ownership, my electric scooter has broken down twice, both times due to the inability to unlock it.The recurring issue of the scooter failing to unlock has not only caused immense inconvenience but has also highlighted the unreliability of the product. Despite reaching out to the customer care center multiple times, the response has been nothing short of pathetic and poor.The frustration only compounded when I finally managed to schedule a technician visit, only to have them fail to show up. This lack of professionalism and disregard for customer time is simply unacceptable.Additionally, the recent interaction with the service center manager left much to be desired. His insistence that I personally retrieve the scooter from a location 31 kilometers away from my residence showcases a complete disregard for customer convenience and a lack of empathy.In summary, my experience with OLA Electric has been nothing short of a nightmare. From the unreliable product to the subpar customer service, it is evident that the company fails to meet even the most basic expectations of quality and professionalism.I strongly advise potential customers to reconsider purchasing from until they address these fundamental issues and prioritize customer satisfaction.

They are costly but they have a good experience of riding. It is very smooth and they have a sporty look. The service is quite slow and takes a lot of time. Overall experience is good.

I have a Navy blue mat color Ola S1 Pro. An ELECTRIC bike will reduce your expenses on petrol and avoid the long queues at the petrol pump. One charge gives you 110 Km I need to charge every 3rd day. It has a good Music system and needs to attach Bluetooth and you can ride with your loved one and feel like Heaven same as 4 wheeler. It has Good Storage capacity. It works the same as mobile below 15% of charging eco mode starts where your battery saves because in hyper mode battery goes down early. The updated version has a Map on the screen you have to search on the map same as Google Maps. The cons are that it is not comfortable as it has a good height which is Uncomfortable. Not for long routes or long tour journeys as not everywhere fast charger is available. Once charging is over you cannot reach your destination. The front side is not flat so you can not keep stuff in front it will fall down. For women, the bike feels heavy. The price is high.
