It has been 25 days being purchased the scooter from Ola. Since the day of purchase, I'm facing the problem of the chain and range issue, where the company is claiming 240 km the range I'm getting is 130-140 in eco. And the main thing is about the service, where the service centre is not cooperating with the problems.

An insurance claim has to be made by oneself, which 95% of common people cannot do. And the service of the showroom is very bad, even if you make an insurance claim, you will be cheated by going to the service. Again, do not take it. The service center will not help you in any way. If you have any problems after purchase, they will not help you.

  • Good Ev scooty is better than ice scooter

I have had an Ola S1 (3kw) since December 2022. It's been more than 2 years, and I've driven more than 40,000 km. My experience with the scooter is great . The Ola scooter has eye-catching looks and design, and the music feature had all the people looking at my scooter in my initial days, but nowadays it's common. I have a great experience riding the scooter; it has great power, and the range is good. The acceleration and brakes are on point, there is negligible difference in the race and the scooter pickup, unlike the other EV I had. The best thing about the scooter is the features and the boot space, which is very helpful in day-to-day life. Overall, my experience is excellent, except the service in initially the service was very poor; it took too much time and effort to get my scooter fixed, and till now my city only has 1 service centre. The Ola EV is great, and it helps me help to save so much money.

    Ola S1 Pro
The expectation placed on the Ola S1 Pro was massive upon entering the market, but actual usage proves otherwise. Apart from the very large touchscreen and claimed riding range of 181km, the user experience is extremely lacking.
    Major Issues :
Unreliable Range – The range on the Ola S1 Pro is highly exaggerated. It can rarely cross 120 km which renders the scooter useless for longer rides.
Software Glitches – The app crashes regularly alongside screen freezes and connectivity issues completely ruin any smart features present on the scooter.
Build Quality Concerns – The overall build of the scooter, including the panels, suspension, and fit and finish, is extremely poor given the price, and leads to a cheaper feel.
Overheating Problems – For extended rides, the battery tends to overheat above a safe threshold. This leads to performance drops and shutdowns.
Poor After-Sales Service – The customer service is very slow and inefficient. Many users have complaints about delays to remedies and unrepaired spare parts.
    At last
The Ola S1 Pro had potential, but if you trust Ather or TVS, stick to them as the delay in customer service solutions and software problems make it hard to recommend. If you value reliability, this is certainly not an option.
