Very worst experience for Ola sale and service. Particularly service very worst. Don't waste your time and money. I will buy s1x 4kw just before 18 days. Many problems. 5 time I have to go to service center. Its my true words. Totally depression buying this scooter. Already watching many videos and review but im not considered anything. But I remember all the failure videos and comments.

These scooter specifications and range are top-notch. But Ola need to improve their service and reduce maintenance cost. Ola also need to reveal information about battery safety about extreme temperature survival test. Impact test. Ola need to rebuild its own trust among customers because many times Customers suffer from taking services and maintenance

Bad service, no pickup , bad experience with ola . Not value for money . Been 1 year since I bought it not at all good . I'd suggest you to not buy it . Fast charge draining . Model look is also not good . Some what feels like iam riding on a Bullock cart . No springs under the bike for cushion. You can buy other bikes if you want I don't suggest ola . See other bikes and choose . I gave a scooty for service they gave it back after 14 days too bad with service and they didn't completely make it good. When asked about it they are saying to change the oil at local bike shops.

I purchased my Ola X1 just a month ago, and have driven only 71 km so far. Unfortunately, I am already facing a major issue:
The scooter display is completely not working.
The scooter is not turning on at all.
This problem occurred well within the warranty period and with very minimal usage.
It is very disappointing to experience such a critical failure so soon after purchase.

Not buy ola product, service highly issue. One's you buy this you have lost money, I have lost my money and time, hate this product. NEVER EVER BUY OLA PRODUCT. Every showroom has lot of vehicles. If you want to buy Ola product before you ask 3 vehicle owners after take a Decision.

I'm using this scooter since 6 months. The entire Ola company is a fraud. They are not providing any after sale service. And the range also they are calming is a myth, you will get the range +- 30 km to there claiming range. If any issue happens and you went to the service center they will say it's your fault and they will charge you for the repair.

I bought it on cash and after a month, it Strat giving me issues on charging even it's 100 % it still stops at 40 KM and even after giving multiple completes, no service is given. They just give me a timeline of 1 week to 3 week but no solution. Still lying in OLA service center and they are saying we are working on it. I don't know what they are doing.

Spare parts ke supply bhe bahut poor ... Jab problem aa jaege to Ghar bhe nai ja paoge ..cream service lene padte hai har bar ..
Ola care plan lelo ...ye plan lelo ...vo plan lelo bas products sell hona chaheye ...chahe vo kitna bhe bekar ho ...

Scooter is very good in travelling, very good in average.. service is the worst part of the ola company. it must be good in compare to the current time.
Scooter is always stuck when it's raining.
Both sensor are not working when there is raining in your area and this is the worst part of my journey from when get Ola S1x.
