Jan 23rd OLA guys said my vehicle will be available in 2 days. But radio silence since then. No way to communicate with OLA. Absolutely no way. The location in the OLA app shows my scooter sitting in a godown at Medchal, Hyderabad for the last week. Talk to the OLA experience center guys they have no clue what to do.

The riding experience is good but the service is not satisfying and quite expensive they ask for a ₹3200/ year service charge for roadside assistance, and even a service center is not available in mid-level cities Ola should provide a better and more reliable service to the customers, and any sudden technical issue is kinda scary coz you need to push the bike when it get any technical issue

Purchase of Ola scooter is very easy but further maintenance is very hard. The aim of Ola Coy is to sell only and the repair system is not good.
Spending such a long time with the Ola S1 Pro made me appreciate its overall useability. To elaborate, it's the performance, boot space, and some features. With 100km of juice in one go, the scooter only needed to be charged once every two days since my daily to and fro commute to the office is around 40km.
