Jan 23rd OLA guys said my vehicle will be available in 2 days. But radio silence since then. No way to communicate with OLA. Absolutely no way. The location in the OLA app shows my scooter sitting in a godown at Medchal, Hyderabad for the last week. Talk to the OLA experience center guys they have no clue what to do.

Poor build quality, software issues (buy with physical key), buy 4 kw if you don’t have another vehicle if you want well built quality don’t buy Ola, Bluetooth connecting issues, looks are good, if you need a bike to ride in the city then it’s good if you are using sports or hyper mode you will get nothing in range. Whim in a month the scooter started having issues (system issues) now 2 weeks of the scooter lying in my home we are able to use this useless scooter and I never recommended to friends to buy this scooter because there is no service center no one is attending the call too. There is a worse experience in my life than this useless scooter

Buying Experience was good and I m so Exited to buy this , but When I got the delivery We ridded only 30KM Scooter shutdown while riding in mobile app showing your bike is running but scooter not running no any support from ola
then i booked a porter tempo to towing my scooter to my home .
i had try lots of thing to do reset , i watch YouTube , a video which sent by ola support app but bike is not working
next day i had booked appointment for service at vashi Mumbai workshop . after confirmation appointment booked the porter to take service center my scooter
finally I reached the service center and submit the paper and appointment.
service person told me i have to complete some Necessary process . you please drop your bike at pay and park zone i'll call you then you come .
after five days no response when had lodge many complaint then bike taken for service after 3 days i got the call your claim under process take some time
then after 5 days when I called him for status , he told me your claim pass But 309 is still balance plz pay .
we paid immediate
after 5 days got a call he told me your bike battery is down and warranty reject please pay 12000 for battery
totally fraud and harassments.
never buy ola electric never trust him
i ll go in consumer forums for this Froud

The riding experience is good but the service is not satisfying and quite expensive they ask for a ₹3200/ year service charge for roadside assistance, and even a service center is not available in mid-level cities Ola should provide a better and more reliable service to the customers, and any sudden technical issue is kinda scary coz you need to push the bike when it get any technical issue

1. Dealers are aggressive in selling the Coffin of OLA EV to you
2. I rode just for few KM as brought yesterday 3rd July-24 and It didn't start next day 4th July-24
3. OK....OK for Look, no idea for performance as never got chance to judge
4. Horrible service team
5. ZERO support and Bad choice for customers

Looks are very nice. Maintenance is very cheap.
Good for daily use my sister this scooter daily and she is very comfortable
