The bike looks modern and premium, with a sporty design that attracts attention on the road. One of the biggest highlights of the Roadster X is its claimed range. For city usage, the bike appears to offer a practical range that can comfortably handle daily travel requirements. Prices of petrol and diesel are increasing day by day, but I have this bike, so I don't have any problem
Speed is very good once charged, then I can use it for 3-4 days with a daily average of 80-100 km. Overall, very happy you should purchase it for daily use.

Performance-wise, it’s smooth and responsive. The acceleration is quick enough for city rides, and the handling feels stable even at higher speeds. The suspension setup is comfortable, which makes daily commutes less tiring. The 3.5 kWh battery gives a pretty decent range, and I’ve been getting close to what Ola claims, depending on the mode I use.
Charging doesn’t take too long either, and the app connectivity is actually useful — especially the live tracking and battery status features. The digital display is crisp and easy to read, even in sunlight.
Overall, I’d say the Ola Roadster 3.5 kWh is a good choice if you’re looking for an electric bike that balances performance, looks, and practicality. It feels like a well-rounded package for everyday use.

I have booked an OLA Roadster at the Parel, Mumbai branch on 4th April 2026. I was informed by their sales executive to make the payment on the app which I did and that it would take 15-20 days post payment for the bike to be delivered. They have absolutely no system of post sales follow up. When I called to enquire when I would receive the bike as it is already 10-12 days (on 30th April) beyond the expected delivery time, his tone and way of talking suggests that I am asking for a loan from OLA. He tells me he could have only given details if I had booked on the app in front of him at the store rather than at home, which was suggested by him in the first place. He says that he is unable to find out any delivery schedule, he has no contact number of anyone within the company who can provide details regarding anything. Exact words are ("Jab idhar bike aayega tabhi pata chalega. Uske pahele kuch nahin bol sakta hoon. Kisi ko phone bhi nahin kar sakta hoon. Kisi ka bhi contact number nahin hai."). This is from a guy who works within the company. When I asked for a contact number, he gave some call center number which nobody answers. Wonder what the purpose of a sales and customer service showroom is if they are unable to provide any information on anything. To justify this, he very proudly is telling me of other clients whose purchases have been delayed even more. His exact words are (aapka to 15 din hai, koi customer ka 2 mahina se bike nahin mila hai), as though it is a matter of pride. Seems OLA does not understand what good customer service is; according to them the more you delay and more rudely you talk to your customer, the better the service. If before delivery, their service is so pathetic, after sales service and post repair etc will be unimaginable. Please stay away from this company if you value your time and money.

They are interested in collecting full money up front, but they don't give updates about delivery. They provide system-generated replies for emails, and calls won't connect, and tickets will never be resolved, and they close old tickets and create new to show that they are doing service, but actually, there is no proper service. U can visit the nearest EV stores and see the vehicles coming for repair and then decide on whether to buy G"ola".
