Hero Electric Optima CX is an electric scooter available in 2 variants and 4 colours. Hero Electric Optima CX generates 1200 W power from its motor. With both front and rear drum brakes, Hero Electric Optima CX comes up with combined braking system of both wheels.
Hero Electric Optima electric scooter is available in two variants – City Speed (HX) and Comfort Speed (LX) – in the Indian market. The HX variant is the high-speed version of the electric scooter range.
The Optima HX is available in two variants – single battery and dual battery. The single battery powered Optima HX boasts a range of 82km while the dual battery version can travel 122km per charge. The charging time stands at four to five hours. The top speed of both variants is rated at 42kmph. This fast speed scooter requires registration.
In terms of styling, the scooter looks similar to the HX version. The sleek design is accompanied by features such as a halogen headlight, apron-mounted front blinkers, and a broad comfortable seat. The colour palette, too, is similar to the LX version and the options include four choices – Red, Grey, Blue, and White.
The hardware on the scooter includes telescopic front forks and dual rear shock absorbers. The anchoring duties are handled by drum brakes at both ends.

Don't buy Hero Electric Vehicle. 6 months over yet the company has not sent my battery. The company simply says they will send it soon, 6 months is not enough to fix the battery issue.The customer care team gives simple copy-paste replies.No escalation matrix, Parts are not available.Worst after sales. The fraudulent intention of the company.

Super economical bike with good mileage and service in Coimbatore region is very excellent. The after-call service enquiring the service improvement and also fixing any issues at a cheap cost is the best in the industry. 3 services have been done and so far spent just 150rs for service. Great comeback hero Electric in the Coimbatore region.

Pros. -less costly for city rideCons- low speed-need to increase speed limit comparatively to another vehicle, high maintenance charge, ridiculous after-sale service from company side. If you are mailing them they are not replying to anyone. The company should take the initiative to avail extra motors and batteries at the distribution point because a warranty claim on battery takes a 20 to 25 days.

Don't be over charge the battery, because a battery warranty claim takes 20days, if you have a other bike then it is manageable, if not then how to do your every day work where it's required, & no distributer person will not help/ take extra effort in this matter. Very pathetic after sale service.

The buying experience was good.Smooth riding.Cool look and smooth performance.A hero so everywhere we can get servicing and maintenance trustable brand.Just looking for city purposes and avoid petrol consumption so the bike is given those added value.It's a very lightweight bike and easy to use for women also. We are using some time for heavy load also but it's giving the same performance.

Very bad experience. Body parts are like a dummy bike. After purchasing 3 months more body parts are damaged. After purchasing 1 month's break shoe are broken. Service is also poor. I recommend to all plz don't buy hero optima cx you can buy tvs or honda. Totally bad.

Worst vehicle ever

I purchased the hero optima two-wheeler 10 months ago, and it has been a nightmare ever since. The vehicle has failed multiple times, and I've had to take it in for service six times within this short period. What's worse is that the company's response has been nothing short of appalling. They don't pick up the phone, and when I've visited the service center, the staff have been rude and unhelpful.To make matters worse, the vehicle has been with the company for servicing for three months out of the ten, which is unacceptable. As a customer, I expect better service from a reputed brand like hero, but my experience has been nothing short of a disappointment.I urge other potential buyers to be cautious before purchasing the hero optima, as my experience has been one of constant frustration and disappointment. I hope the company takes note of this review and improves its service standards for the benefit of its customers.
