    Arun

Not a good choice in this price range
Very bad experience with riding and services
This bike doesn't have to start pickup
    Like missing or something..
The service center is also very disagreeable..
There is a problem with the auto-choke function
For a daily user, I will not recommend buying this
And Honda customer service doesn't have Malayalam customer care.

Honda Hornet 2.0 is the most underrated bike in this segment. This bike is far better than other competitors because of its engine refinement and the top end is not satisfied, the engine is very happy to produce torque. The pillion comfort is not good but it is adjustable. That golden USD fork is doing good at cornerings. The headlight is not much visible and it is ok. 0 to 115 is pretty awesome. The availability of after-market accessories for this bike is limited. Low maintenance and service are good.

Waste of money. This bike has a lot of problems. I regret buying this bike. Break issue and pulling issue found. I approached the service center. I paid more than 10000 in one year for service. Very bad service and no complaint is solved. I lost my money and time. Never ever buy this bike. I never buy anything from honda. I hate honda.

  • Finest, Comfortable beast

    John Kishore

    1. Bought Grey matte Hornet 2.0 in August 2022 with a price of 1.74 l. Delivered within 1 week. That's quite a good one.
    2. Mileage is awesome at this price segment and for the power. I'm getting 47 to 50 kmpl. It depends on how you are riding. I'm using it for daily purposes which is a minimum 12km ride of every day. Long ride as a solo rider, this is the best one, but with a pillion quite difficult.
    3. Looks are awesome and stylish. Easy to handle and will make you feel so comfortable and confident to ride in cities as a solo rider. Performance, initial pick up as usual good for 0 - 40 after that with the rpm of 5k, between 40 to 90, he is a beast. Easy ride in cities. No vibration at all till 110 kmph.
    4. Service is good because of honda but we need to pinpoint the service centres regarding all the problems. The battery will be fused off once the battery warranty is finished within the next month. Due to direct fuel injection, rpm will vary at the initial start of the day for 2km as it needs to get temperature.

It's been close to 4 months now & used for 2500kms. Hornet 2.0 is very refined and comes with great riding pleasure. It's really smooth and very easy to handle. I had a chance to touch 100kmph once & usually ride at 80-90 kmph. No vibration and a very comfortable ride. Has 5 gears and has great Power & we don't need a 6th gear. Have taken a test ride of many bikes till now ( 150 - 200cc ). But nothing beats this. Take a test ride and then decide. I loved the bike on the first test ride itself. Enjoying the riding pleasure. Go for it. By the way, mileage is b/w 38 & 43 km/liter for me now. This is only in cities.

  • Not a good choice

  • Waste of money. Please don't buy this bike

    Ajith R Chandran

    Tips for other riders

Change oil for every 3k kilometres and maintenance of chain and basic stuffs are a necessity. Try to give basic service for every 1.5k to 2k km ride as it helps bike to remain in good condition for the long term.

  • Go ahead for hornet 2.0

    Allwyn Augustine
