Unleashing Adventurous Beast: The Scram 411 Bike Experience - Style, Performance, and More!!
Anwar Ali
Scram 411 is a bike that every bike enthusiast might want to have. It took me 3 months to finalize the bike and eventually landed on Scram 411 because of its performance, handling, and overall looks.Buying Experience:Purchasing the bike was an exciting experience. The dealership provided excellent customer service, offering detailed information about the bike's features, pricing, and available customization options. The sales staff were knowledgeable, making the buying process smooth and informative.Riding Experience:The riding experience on the Scram 411 bike is exhilarating. It's approximately 7800 kms on the meter in 8.5 months. I continuously drove for 550 km thrice (inter-state) and I must say why to restrict yourselves to city rides, this bike offers you more than what you expect. The bike's ergonomic design provides a comfortable riding posture, making long rides enjoyable. The handling is precise, and the bike responds well to rider input, instilling confidence while maneuvering through both city streets and open roads.Looks, Performance, and Details:Visually, the Scram 411 bike is a head-turner. Its retro-modern aesthetic, characterized by classic lines combined with modern elements, garners attention wherever it goes. The bike's performance lives up to its appearance, with a powerful engine delivering impressive acceleration and smooth power delivery. The suspension setup absorbs road imperfections effectively, offering a comfortable ride even on uneven surfaces.Servicing and Maintenance:In terms of servicing and maintenance, the Scram 411 bike is relatively user-friendly. Regular maintenance intervals are manageable, and the availability of spare parts is satisfactory. However, it's recommended to stick to authorized service centers for optimal care, as specialized knowledge may be required due to the bike's unique design.Pros and Cons:Pros:Striking design that blends classic and modern elementsStrong and responsive performance with a smooth power deliveryComfortable riding posture for extended journeysEffective suspension system for a comfortable ride on various terrainsCons:The seats could have been more comfortable.odometer reading often gives you wrong readings and have to set it every time.

Perfect scrambler adventure bike who feel himalayan is taller and heavier.
Rahul Kulkarni
Buying experience: This is my second re bike. I had a meteor 350 which i took to ladakh in 2022 and although it performed well, i wanted an adventure bike. My height is 5'6" and the himalayan is bit tall for me and tad chunky for daily commutes. Scram 411 is perfect for me with same himalayan engine but seat height at 795mm due to smaller 19" front tyre (himalayan has 21" front tyre). It is also 10+ kg lighter than himalayan. I got the bike from nomadic showroom in pune within 15 days. I got the silver spirit color as i loved it more than others. The white and red one is also very eye catching. Riding experience:Have been using scram 411 for over 6 months now and i am very happy. I had meteor 350 but felt it to be bit heavier especially due to lower center of gravity and wanted a scrambler/adventure bike. Scram 411 is perfect for me for daily commute as well as highway and off-road trips. I recently completed spiti circuit on scram 411 and it performed exceptionally well. The seat height at 790mm and weight 180 kgs is very much suitable for me. I am 5'6" weighing 70kgs. The bike has same himalayan 411cc engine and though the gear box is bit clunky, you get used to it. People buying re bikes need to keep aside some of refined features other bike companies offer as re is a cult and at 60kmph the bike just becomes a part of your body. The bike is extremely stable on road even on rainy and off-road patches. The handling and maneuvering is very good. Looks & performance:Looks are very good and the colors are very appealing. The bike looks like a scrambler/adventure crossover. If you load the bike with accessories like top rack, fog lamps, crash guard with sliders, saddle/pannier stays then the bike looks even impressive and catches your attention. Many people on road have asked and enquired about my bike.Servicing & maintenance:I am still in free service period. So far servicing and maintenance has been hassle free. Pros:1. Shorter than himalayan so makes it better for short riders.2. Lighter than himalayan so makes it easier to maneuver and good for city commute. 3. The head lamp turns with the handle unlike himalayanCons:1. Not as off-road friendly as himalayan. Does off-roading but not as efficiently due to himalayan's 21" front wheel 2. Gear box feels clunky. Some times gear shifting is not as smooth as you can expect. (i am sure re will address this on its 450cc engine coming soon with himalayan 450)3. Braking is bit iffy sometimes and rear brakes screech a bit when bike is new (this is reported by all customers) but the noise does fade away as you put on miles.

Most underrated Bike in Indian market
Srikant Rout
One of the most underrated 400cx Bikes in the Indian market. Utilitarian bike at its best. Be it daily commutes, highway rides, or off-road. Best comfort, great performance, great handling, great mileage, nice sounding and good looking, well-engineered machine. Cons: throws mud onto your face if ridden on wet roads. The engine makes mechanical noise. Not refined like the new j series engines. Though it doesn't vibrate much.

Quality issues from the Royal Enfield side
36 weeks ago
Satyam Bhardwaj
Okay, so I got the first service done on this bike. I must say this bike had some serious quality issues, first of all, it took over a month to be delivered, then the quality levels weren't satisfactory. rear tires were a little bit offset, the center bolt that tightens the handle to the frame was a little bit loose so they were making noises, and rear indicators were not centered as well, one wise pointing upwards and the other one pointing downwards, side panel with scram branding on it had a loose screw. Although I got it all fixed in the first service of the bike, all of it wasn't expected from the Royal Enfield. I'm giving this 5 stars because it is honestly a good bike, for city rides it's got the right punch and light handling, for the highway, it's got a gentle engine, apart from those quality issues it's a complete bike.

Royal Enfield Scram 411 review
Adithya
Himalayan was always my dream bike. When i was finally about to buy it, scram released and after test driving scram 411, i felt for someone like me who drives 90% in city & 10% long drives/touring scram is best. Its all about handle. With 19 inch front wheel unlike 21 in Himalayan and no side handles, its super easy to maneuver in city and especially on bad roads, speed breakers it is very comfortable. Scram was built for some purpose, mainly for youthful design, more city driving and less to medium touring. I bought silver spirit which is my favorite. Obviously there are things to improve: lighting, tripper as standard, missing tubeless tire(that's subjective). Its almost pricing as Himalayan. Definitely they can reduce price by 5-10k. My view on design: Himalayan look is Himalayan, scram can't be compared with it but scram is more youthful less serious motorcycle. There are people who say its almost like Himalayan without windshield. Yes they want to keep Himalayan look almost same but more towards easy city driving. Small difference like these can make huge difference. Obviously with same design - more models, companies make huge margin. Himalayan and scram are same as iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 pro & 13mini.

The fun powerful himalayan
Rituraj Borpujari
I bought the himalayan scram 411 in May, and from day 1 it's feeling awesome. The great torque right from the low end meant it was an easy ride no matter the road conditions. You need to rev the engine only a little to go uphill. No hard revs. Then comes its stance and the riding posture. It makes riding long distances so enjoyable. The handling is also great in cities, where you need tight maneuvering... The bike always supports you and makes you feel confident doing sharp turns.I'm 5'8" in height and although my feet don't rest flat on the ground, it feels enough to handle the bike. The standing on foot pegs to ride in off-road conditions also feels comfortable for my height. The gear shifts are smooth enough although shifting from 1st to 2nd gear needs a bit of improvement. But maybe that's because the bike engine is quite new and it will get better with some riding. I've ridden the bike for around 1000 kms and am getting a mileage of 32 kmpl in the city.Overall it's a great bike, and can handle all your needs. Whether it's city commute, long tours, or off-roading. Although you might need the bigger himalayan for serious off-roading, scram 411 can handle most of it.

Nill waiting period.A bike for daily commute and weekend touring, scram doing a wonderful job. It's nimble in traffic and king on long clear roads. The riding comfort is excellent.White flame is one of the sporty looks, love the first sight with the classic royal enfield legacy. This is a bike for a common man having a little dream of weekend trips and adventure mode mind.

The engine heats a lot and can feel the heat on the legs on a long drive. Very low mileage. Not expected from re. Very ltd features at such price..Good riding comfort. Great posture. The handlebar is very comfortable. Very easy maneuvering in city traffic. The exhaust sound is comfortable. The seating could have been better. Especially the quality,
