#1 first of all the delivery of the bike took almost 2 months. The showroom staff were very helpful and they guided us through the different models and i found this to be the right one for me. They also installed the accessories i wanted to install right before delivery.#2 coming on to the ride quality it is not the best the clutch is too hard it feels like doing workout. The vibration are slightly annoying at times but it is not that bad. Shifting gears makes loud noises. And brakes are the worst.#3 looks is the part where this bike shines it has an retro/classic look that does turn heads but performance is exactly opposite after hitting 80 kmph it vibrates really badly. The bike struggles to go above 100 kmph but this bike is not made for speed#4 servicing and maintenance are big problems royal enfield needs to look into. Though the bike seems tough it has loads and loads of maintenance issues and a ton of electronic issues/failures. Keep an additional 1000? to the normal monthly maintenance cost.#5 pros:- 1) good looks 2) tough build made mostly of metal cons:- 1) clutch is too hard 2) brakes are really weak on this bike. 3) vibration are annoying at times 4) high maintenance cost 5) starting problem in cold weather or if it rains 6) electronic issues 7) at a few spots the paint seems to be peeling off.Final verdict:- if you are a grease monkey and don't mind if your bike breaks down then go for this. People who want a reliable bike should look into something else.

I bought bullet electra 350 in dec 2014. Before this i had honda unicorn, i bought this bike just for enjoyment. I never drive it above 60. That is maximum limit. Never drive rough, keep it very carefully as per my nature. In jan 2015 i drove this vehicle almost for 28km in two stretch (13+15) for the first time. A huge kar kar sound started in the engine, it was horrible, i took the bike to service center, they repaired it. It has happened three times since then. The dhak dhak bike sound has never come back since then. It is still bad. After few months the glass of the rear view mirror fell down automatically (only the glass). After few months the silencer was gone, got that changed. This was bike, now come to the service part. First of all you have to be dependent on their authorized service center because you do not get spares outside and hardly any mechanic can help. Re service center guys r really royal, they take their own sweet time, very casual in their attitude, they show as if this is the only good bike in india. The worst thing is that every time i go for some repair, they will spoil something else.

  • Superb mileage with a lack of power to handle highway cruise

    Darpan

Clocked three thousand on my bulletES, the acceleration has increased slightly from the bs6 version thus giving a better overtaking power, i love everything about this bike like how it looks, the commanding seating position have driven 300km in a day no back pain, driving ergonomics is very good, lights are ok enough to get you through dark streets although in highway you will feel a need of more powerful light, the suspension are ok not too soft neither too hard, fuel economy is very good considering a 350cc motor, i am getting more than 40 for highways definitely, the breaks have significantly improved from its earlier versions. Some things i didn't liked about the bike is of Couse the vibrations post 80kmph( i knew what i signed for) it is really annoying when you drive on four-lane or better highways for a long stretch, 2ndly the catalyst converter on the silencer heats up like crazy bee i often stop to check whether all is ok and not burning, 3rd the battery is really too small to power a daytime running light when the engine is off, just 1min if you keep your switch on and don't start it wont self start, i have to turn the key off to start it again, 4th the false neutral is really annoying in city rides. And lastly during monsoons the front mudguard was throwing around mud to my feet like crazy when over 40 speed. Also Do proper break in period, i clocked only till 70kmph after first servicing to 2000 kms, as it crossed 1500 mark the engine offered more power the vibrations decreased a little. So i would recommend doing proper run in.

  • A bike meant for a person who has nothing to prove

    Vikas B A

I planned to buy this bike since it is easy on the pockets. Asked the dealer to give me a test ride for this bike. Dealer arranged for a test ride and got the bike from the plant.
I love this bike from the first looks. It is a simple bike. This bike is bare minimum to say the least. It is slightly lighter compared to the classic, which you will definitely feel. The console is simple and will do the job.
Tyres are ok for this price. Seat is good and spacious. Suspension does a good job of giving you a plush ride.
Overall, this bike is for the person who has nothing to prove. You drive this bike at a leisurely pace. Not too fast, not too slow. It is meant for that.

Starting from the buying experience it was really good the re dealership in kandivali is superb

The ride experience is also good it gives you a feeling like never before suspension is good you need to rev hard to get the max power

Looks are okay and depend person to person it is a very simple designed bike

Coming to the performance something you won’t find good in classic 350

Even if you rev hard the bike gives max power i feel it lacks power

Braking is very poor it won’t stop exactly where you want rear tyre is slippery

In monsoon the bike will have a lot of issues

If the engine is not hot enough the bike may leave its breath

The fit and finish is really poor you can say it’s the worst in the indian market

The tool box is not waterproof

Services and maintenance is on a higher side

Mileage is good nearly 30-35 kmpl

There are no pros only cons

    Poor braking

    Poor instrumental cluster

    Not fuel indicator

Buying experience is very good, Riding experience is also good
No doubt in looks performance but after 2nd service, i face a big issue like the bike is automatically increased its speed. And in neutral bike increase vibration and accelerate itself. Authorized service centre mechanic say the throttle body problem & we ordered for the same but still my bike on standing mode at home.
