2017 purchase, good commuter bike. Ideal office going bike for any generation as it is pocket friendly (fuel efficient + low maintenance + easy to fix). Do not make unnecessary modifications or have add ons on the bike, makes no sense on ruining a commuter bike look. Engine is reliable and good riding experience with decent suspension. Comfortable for pillion as well. Do not look for corns, reason why bike with high-end specs and price exist. Bike does a decent job with braking and performance, accept it and embrace any ride.

I had bought this bike 1.5 yrs ago and still i love this bike for daily purpose . It's look and the mileage was really fabulous and it is a great choice and option in the mid range sector .It is good for the person who is looking for a bike in low budget with good mileage and ready to manage speed or you are not busy and rushy rider shine would be a better option for you. Cb shine is good only for long haul, otherwise suspension is weak engine don't go beyond 40 you have to overhaul.

Hello folks, i bought this bike keeping daily commute in my mind. However i never excepted this bike to perform so well for all these years, it's been 12 years now & i still enjoy riding this bike.Apart from my daily ride, occasionally i have taken the bike to do some touring as well.It has never disappointed me. Making multiple tours to ooty and nearby places in bangalore. Yes, of course, lighter on the pocket side in terms of bike maintenance.Truly this bike has been like a part of my family. Never disappointed me whether i am with my family or friends. Except for bike puncture on a few occasions never had bike breakdown issues whatsoever. when riding even today, i feel as if i am riding this bike for the very first time. I am in love with honda shine. Thank you, honda, for making this kind of bikes.
