I bought my bike in my hometown Tirunelveli 6 years ago. But I drove completely to Chennai after marriage. Riding experience as a single ride or a family it feeling like perfect. I'm not even getting convinced by other stylish models because this has a decent design and perfect mileage too. I'm getting 53kmpl so far even after 6yrs. Still Honda engine reliability is still there smooth engine with less running noise. Service as usual 3 months once.

Tips for other riders
If you are getting acceleration hiccups just try to change CDI unit which is below the seat I got this issue and spent 11,000/- and no use. Then I changed this unit for 1500/- now the issue got resolved.

This bike is very comfortable. perfect for family usage. Smooth to ride. Less vibration. I recommend it for family usage and daily office usage. The seat is very comfortable. Engine noise is less. The bike's oil needs to be changed after every 3000 km.

Honda Shine is a nice bike to use every day. Free service is not worth using because the service agency does not do full service, they just do water wash only.While increasing the speed above 60, the bike makes some noise. after 70 to 100 speed bike will run smoothly.service is a must for once in a 5 or 6-month gap. Need to change the air filter periodically for better mileage.

Change the air filter periodically, otherwise, it will damage the piston Maintenance/Service needs to be done once every 5 months. Need to change oil from 2000km to 2500km
