Potential bike with need for abs upgrade

Bought this bike with a strong belief of the brand and the stability of the bike. Ride quality is of top notch in bike. It has ability to pull off easily from low rpms in 2 and 3 gear. Dual disk helps in good braking on dry roads. Bike skids off easily if sudden breaks are applied on high speed. Post 90kmph vibrations can be felt.Turning radius too is very big compare to likes of apache, gixxer and hornet.Eco mode lights on till 70 kmph, post that eco mode is lights turns off. However, the biggest drawback is that bike is still not equipped with abs, which is must. It's time for yamaha to wake up and launch fz 's abs version with dual channel as that is most essential part buyers are looking forward.Overall the bike is brilliant in every segment (excluding braking thing) especially the armada blue colour is eye catching.

I believe new bike is like new born child and you have all power to make it use to of your driving style. So like most people's mindset of driving the new bike slow and maintain speed of 50-60 max. Drive it hard make use to of your driving style. Rev it hard (not harsh) and suck out max power. ( Not more than 7000-7500 rpms).

If you are in search of good vehicle which provide great engine life along with pretty cool mileage with luxurious cushion for free and smooth bike ride in rough roads. And some think this product won't available of its spare parts but sure this is not an issue those who buys in an urban vehicle showrooms.I love the yamaha fz-s 2.0 which is best in this 150cc segment which have a beautiful design for youngsters.

A lot of research was done in 2015 to buy a bike with power, style & comfort. Shortlisted gixxer, apache & fz s v 2.0. Fz does better when it come to style, split seat comfort, mid range power, build qua & refinement. I bought it on nov 2015 and ridden for 23000 kms till now. The biggest pros are styling and pickup. The range between 50- 80 km/hr is where the fz scores. Handling is top notch and you can handle any corner with ease. The motor is so refined. The mileage is also better than other 150cc bikes. Braking ability is also good. Then comes the cons which is not a major deal breaker. Absence of rear disc, power is bit low compared to others and rear tyre hugger looks out of place. So fz is a safer choice for daily commutes and occasional trips.

Buying yamaha was my dream from my school days, unfortunately rx series was stopped when i started earning after my graduation. I bought rx135 in second sale and i used it for almost 8 years. In march 2016 i bought fz 2.0 i am very happy with my bike. Riding is simply superb when compared with other brands. Completed 53000 km. Pickup is same like day one. When comes to maintenance, maintenance is low. Mileage is 46kmpl in city. Side panel is a little drawback.

I bought it one year ago ,till now performance wise it is really good ,giving a good mileage between 50 to 53 kmpl. Maintenance it is costing around 1000 for every 3000 km’s.Overall it is a good choice to people who loves long ride only disadvantage which i feel is back break is not that good when compared to pulsar, but front disc break is good.

Style nice tail, bumper, doom, body all so good.
Engine performance, fuel economy and gearbox everything best.
Ride quality & handling smooth.
Final words better go for it in this price.
Areas of improvement handling mileage bluecore feature technology is so awsum gives good mileage but aged peoples and short peoples are so hard to sit in back. Doom changed in fi dont try any extra boom sound and lightings because this models dont have kick start so if battery dries u cant ride that bike.

When i went to yamaha showroom, the salesman was not that much knowledgeable.I inspected every model at around 1 lakh price and buy this bike. But after 3 months they haven't cleared the bike no from rto. It's still pending. The bike riding is very much comfortable. There is no bad noise from engine and it is quite smooth riding.Looks is stunning..The edges are sharp and appearance is elegant. The pick up of the bike is awesome and dual disc brakes are just wow.Within 3-4 secs you can decrease the speed very efficiently. Mileage is around 40 km/litre in city ride and around 42-43km/litre in highway.Servicing was done correctly and in time.Only con is its mileage but if you can adjust that there is no that much of cons. For you pros are all other from riding experience to braking to speed up.. Everything is very smooth.

Tips for other riders

Have to replace oil every 5000 kms at-least and as it is having open chain sprocket lubricating chain based on usage is very important.

Pros
so stylish in 2016 model
cons
mirror need to get stylish, and no kick start

Now about look as you know it look abrasive every part is very beautiful. Performance is also very good it has good torque and it gives mileage around 35 to 40 kmpl . If you are passionate about bikes or for daily commute i refer you this bike
