  • You will fall in love with this beauty.

Buying experience- when i went to the showroom, they said its not a bike, its a machine(i was like “ “oh! common bro” ). I was so confused whether i go for it or not.

Riding experience - i owned this beauty 6 months ago, when it comes to smooth riding? its a beauty, when it comes to 0-100 kmph its a 'beast', for first few days or km's, you will feel dis-comfortable, once you understood the accent, you will start loving this beauty, smooth in ride(at low rpm), people will look at your bike (not you), roar is awesome, its a perfect package of power, comfort, etc.

About bike- cafe-racer!! its a rare bike, you will get attention when you are awaiting green signal, people will look a you. 0-100 kmph is less than 10 sec (i tested and confirmed), the build of bike is heavy and strong, you will feel like a king while riding. On bad roads, you will be happy with the suspension (perilli) and brakes (brembo). Bike follows your commands. At high speed you can feel the comfort. Best handling for corners and quick turns.

Servicing and maintenance - as conti is equipped with the traditional royal enfield engine, the maintenance is normal, affordable for your pocket, if you have knowledge of bikes and engines, you need to look at the tuning of your bike at service centres as they will down the pick-up power, service centres are also good, they will help you with your questions and doubts.

    Pros -

    - rare .

    - riding quality.

    - worth for every single penny.

    - durable.

    - powerful engine and strong build.

    - easy to custom.

    Cons -

    -vibrations(those who don't like).

    - palm will start paining if you don't wear gloves and if you don't follow arch sitting position.

  • Experience having royal enfield continental gt

    Praneet

The first & foremost thing about conti gt is that, it's not for loose hearted chaps. This bike tests your calibre every now and then throughout its journey with you.Its will test your physical ability to withstand its vibrations on high revs, back pain due to aggressive sitting stance, challenging long distance rides.Financial readiness to fulfil its fuel appetite and maintenance cost. You could get a really quick bike well within the on-road price of this machine. You may find more suitable features in other bikes as compared to gt. But riding and owning a gt is a honour in itself. Those who are thinking of mileage, maintenance cost, relaxed daily commute etc..Etc..This machine is not for you.If you think of going for conti. Gt think for life less ordinary!pro's and con's of gt pro's- you are no more ordinary with is bike.Heads turner styling. 535 cc bike within 2.25 lakh(basic accessories ), with pirelli tyres, brembo breaks, pioli suspensions.Tremendous city and short distance riding experience. Con's- waiting period for spares, single seater, poor quality rubber hosing on machine, uncomfortable for long distance rides with vibrations.Expect sudden break down. Service cost on higher side.No abs (though latest models have it) its not oil cooled its air cooled so gets heated a lot.Tips for royal enfield continental gt. Don't keep it standing, lube the chain regularly, keep an eye on battery condition, always carry a tool kit and first aid, halt for 15-20 min to cool down after every 1 hrs of fast riding.

  • The beauty amongst the beasts!

    Deb Sen

Good looking bike, good to be a 2nd 'for pleasure' bike. Not practical for commuting on traffic laden streets, but amazing for highways and medium distance ride. For long distance, touring, may not be comfortable for most, because of the crouched riding stance.Best enjoyed in the single seater version, though with relevant mods, can be made comfortable for the pillion too. Amazing handling on curves and bends on tarmac. Great pickup/ torque. Not meant for speeds beyond 120 kmph. Needs care and attention, but performs to satisfaction.

Re has been a brand with a biggest come back ever. The continental gt is a bike with 535cc engine capacity which is a thunder with power. The pickup for the same is too good. But, it lacks in mileage. As we expect power we should not go for the mileage. It is a single sitter bike with an awesome comfort with a royal finish. Cafe racer is the type of this bike.

The Royal Enfield Continental GT is a bike that exudes timeless charm and offers a unique riding experience that seamlessly merges the past with the present. Having had the opportunity to take it for a spin, I can confidently say it's a machine that appeals to both the heart and the senses.
First and foremost, the design of the Continental GT is a nod to the golden era of café racers. Its classic lines, sculpted fuel tank, and low-slung handlebars evoke a sense of nostalgia, while the modern touches such as LED lighting and digital instrumentation add a contemporary flair. The overall aesthetic is nothing short of stunning, garnering attention wherever it goes.
Once in the saddle, the Continental GT feels like a natural extension of oneself. The riding position is sporty yet comfortable, with the clip-on handlebars encouraging a forward-leaning posture that instils confidence in corners. The single-seat setup further enhances the bike's café racer persona, although it may not be the most practical for long rides with a passenger.
The heart of the Continental GT is its 650cc air-cooled parallel-twin engine, which delivers a healthy dose of torque and power. Throttle response is smooth and linear, allowing for effortless acceleration both in the city and on the highway. The exhaust note, a deep and throaty rumble, adds to the overall sensory experience, eliciting smiles from both rider and bystanders alike.
Handling-wise, the Continental GT is a joy to ride. The chassis feels solid and planted, inspiring confidence when diving into corners. The suspension setup strikes a good balance between comfort and sportiness, soaking up bumps and imperfections while maintaining composure during spirited riding.
Braking performance is another highlight of the Continental GT. The front and rear disc brakes offer ample stopping power, with ABS providing additional reassurance in emergencies. The brakes feel progressive and responsive, instilling a sense of control and safety.
On the practical side, the Continental GT may not be the most versatile bike out there, but it certainly makes up for it with character and soul. Fuel efficiency is respectable, and maintenance costs are reasonable, making it a viable option for both daily commuting and weekend outings.
In conclusion, the Royal Enfield Continental GT is more than just a bike—it's a statement. It's a celebration of motorcycling heritage, a testament to craftsmanship, and above all, a machine that beckons to be ridden. Whether carving through twisty mountain roads or cruising down city streets, the Continental GT offers an experience like no other, one that is sure to leave a lasting impression on anyone lucky enough to throw a leg over it.

Royal enfield gt is an amazing ride which gives you thrill with great mileage. The sound and vibration is annoying at times. Also, i felt the numbness in the first two to three weeks in my hands. When, i bought this bike i was initially disappointed with the faulty wiring. But i got it fixed as soon as possible. It has a great handling, amazing brakes and it is always a pleasure riding this bike. The only annoying thing about royal enfield continental gt is the engine coming off from my 'hd iron 883', this (conti gt) vibrates like anything.

  • You will fall in love with this beauty.

    Chandrakant

    Mohd Sakib Khan

  • Wonderful enfield

    Rajesh Puri

Royal enfield gt is an amazing ride which gives you thrill with great mileage. The sound and vibration is annoying at times. Also, i felt the numbness in the first two to three weeks in my hands. When, i bought this bike i was initially disappointed with the faulty wiring. But i got it fixed as soon as possible. It has a great handling, amazing brakes and it is always a pleasure riding this bike. The only annoying thing about royal enfield continental gt is the engine coming off from my 'hd iron 883', this (conti gt) vibrates like anything.
