I am saying about honda activa125cc, activa is more than reliable for daily ride with 100 kg above lagged but not any issues in engine,body & performance.

Body parts are long performance with metal body,very powerful pickup & run smoothly on straight road,but mileage is not bad 45-50 mileage on my activa, activa have many space on under seat,i well put on many variant using .Battry performance are very very good ,service in every 2500 kilometres for best performance, pickup

I am happy with honda activa for last 7 year ,this is my true experience.

Buying experience is also not good. Riding experience is ok .Looks are good, but performance is very very poor.As company is saying this give 50-60 mileage, but this scooter gives on 20-25 mileage in one-litre petrol.You can see the difference what company is quoting and what is on actual grounds.
So i recommend all you think twice before choosing scooter.
Not recommended for daily commuters .
Only recommended for occasional commuters.

I bought this bike almost one year ago at around 62000 rs. From amideep honda surat. They promise for good service but failed. I like to drive the activa so much. I enjoyed it very well. Look of the scooter is pretty good. It approx gives mileage of 50 kmpl. The scooter want too much maintenance. They offer 4 free service. But the services are so poor. Every time i have to face some problem after gave it to service. The most common problem is noise from engine which was so horrible.

average of this is disgusting it's only getting 35 -36 on city rides and 38-40 on highways they officially tell 54 kmpl which is a big lie.other then this service experience is good, buying experience is not bad.look wise there is no other who can compete with this no other issue or problem related with this vehicle.

Honda activa is one of the best two wheelers in its range.

Buying experience: it was hassle-free experience while buying it and i found no problems.

Riding experience: riding is always as comfortable as a child's play. The special thing about honda activa is it's pick-up. If you're living in a place with steep and slope or have inclined roads, activa makes its place at top.

Details about looks, performance: activa's looks makes it appear different from other scooter ranges. The overall performance is satisfactory and i still feel proud that i bought this awesome machine.

Servicing and maintenance: service and maintenance is all same as other scooters. You won't find any problem in maintaining it. An average servicing of 6 months is required only to make sure that it runs smooth and the engine is in good health.

If you talk about pros, then it counts a lot which i already mentioned above. The cons counts only a few which is not so essential which nowadays new scooters are providing only to make theirs look different.

If you're planning to buy a scooter for daily use, with a great performance and with a reasonable budget, honda activa 125 is for you.

Yesterday i went for my activa 125 1st service after 750km driven to honda authorised service centre. They asked me about the problems if any and i said please have a test drive you will yourself notice the terrible sound from engine side and from front headlamp visor. The person told that he is going to prepare the job sheet and will write to check these problems. I have again complaint for mileage, this vehicle avg is too low than expected. But after 2-3 hrs of service time he asked me to test drive it now, and the worst part was the noise is still there from headlight visor but yes the engine sound disappear as mechanic said some bolt was loose and he tightened it now. But i was not satisfied with the service and of-course with this vehicle and then i have approached to service manager for discussing this issue, he said we know it sir that this vehicle has the manufacturing defect, till today 100 of emails has been sent from us to the company for this sound but still we have not received a solution from their side, service managed said. Then he gave me solution that to allow them to add a double side tape inside the visor so that this irritating sound gets reduced.

I brought a new honda activa 125 on 10th Aug 2015 by paying 70, 000 and i started getting problems from the next week. While riding this vehicle vibrations and jerking problems are higher.

My bike started to jumps like an horse at a speed of 30-50 and due to which i get a severe shoulder pain. To add on i even have jerking problems. I don't get control over my bike in highways due to heavy air. I don't get a safe and smooth ride due to these problem and i am totally fed up. I have raised complaints regarding this to honda, and honda team convinced me for the last time assuring that they will personally check my vehicle. During my last visit dealer informed me that honda's technical team has tested my vehicle and all is fine now. But again in 2 days all the problems were back.

So at this point i have few questions.

Activa 125cc is honda's experimental entry into the 125cc variant. Looks like the engineering team behind this scooter never bothered to test the bike on Indian roads.

I have been using this bike for almost a year now and i have had terrible experiences with this scooter.

Cons:

1. Terrible mileage: honda promises 65km/l but we only get around 35km/l.

2. Servicing: one word horrible!!

3. Safety: the scooter is unstable and unpredictable when there is a pillion rider on board. The new cylindrical shock absorbers provided for the front wheel are not sturdy and gives you a bouncing feel while riding the scooter. The weight distribution is another concern when there is a pillion rider. The front wheel of the bike starts galloping like a horse which makes it difficult to control the same.

4. Breaking system: the vehicle starts to wobble when we apply breaks.

Pros

1. Built quality.

I am writing this review based on my personal experience and the interactions i have had with other owners of this bike.

I would not advise you to buy this bike!!
