  • Automatically full blood pressure we will purchase with vehicle

    Shankar R

4 servicing, I purchased the vehicle on 1st January 2022, very worst service at bharath motors in jayanagar, i-qube a very big problem charging the battery, every six months some component of the charging system, will take repair to 20 days, this is happening for me a second time, no response in the service department, my opinion don't by tvs i-qube, always running to the service center and argue with repairing support team, fully headache waste of money, if you are buying i qube automatically full blood pressure we will purchase with the vehicle, no spares getting in the service center, they are only selling and target reaching every month, they do not bother after-sale vehicle.

  • The first real well built ev in Indian markets

    Ashutosh Dighe

In my previous review almost a year back - but to the company official - yes, it was a challenge to understand the product then from the sales guys, but I assume with a year gone it must have been smooth.
Tvs iqube has the smoothest ride of all the available e-bikes on market - you may say the silence is the only negative - as we are still not accustomed to silent vehicles passing from behind - we still want the loud noise to understand a passing vehicle. Disclosure - I have tested almost all brands of ev vehicles - and I own 3 evs from different brands - iqube - ather - ampere.
I use them for my delivery business and each one has crossed over 18,000 km within a year of purchase - so I can proudly say that now my 1 vehicle is already free (saved on avg 450 ltrs of petrol from each bike - 1350 x 110 = 1,48,500)
Buying from a well-established 2-wheeler company makes the most sense and on top of it I will rate tvs as number 1 compared to others - ride - handling - ease - ladies friendly - decent mileage - built quality etc.
Tvs has one more issue of an onboard battery - which by default goes kaput around 15,000 kms - this is where we faced our first real problem with tvs - but they were able to sort it out in 15 days after repeated follow-ups. They also said that this onboard battery is no longer there in the newer vehicles. So assume this issue was for the initial bikes.
Servicing and maintenance is an eye wash for all evs - as I really don't think there is anything that needs to be done like an engine vehicle - they just need to check the connectors and tighten the bolts.
All pros and no cons (i wonder who gave 1-star ratings)

Buying experience: - It's very easy to book your unique yet go to their website and pay your advance then enter your details that's it!!
    Riding experience: - Smoothy
Look wise it is really awesome and the performances too! Servicing is an easy process for TVS.
pros and cons are wherever you go you should have so particularly sometimes I felt it's over vibrating like fuel vehicle.

  • Worst service experience

    Hiren Parekh

Though i qube is the best electric scooter among available options, where it lags is Service experience. The tvs service Center takes almost 30-40 days for a problem like battery not charging, auto off, etc.
The worst service experience of any car or bike in my life is with TVS. Even staff becomes angry with not availability of parts. Just to identify what problem lie with my iqube they took 8 days.

  • TVS icube looks very good

    Vipin Tyagi

TVS icube looks very good but 100 KM is not enough nowadays so if they improve rude KM that's good. Cost is higher than Ola or other similar so they have to work on cost reduction. One more suggestion color option should be increased. TVS has to work on the fast charger option because everybody wants time.

    Servicing and maintenance
TVS is lacking the Service stations for electric vehicles. In Visakhapatnam, there is only 1 service station for 3 districts but they are selling the vehicles from all showrooms approx-1000. Clearly, the TVS company is focused on sales and not on service. We can't get repaired by outside mechanics as well. For instance, I traveled 50 km just for the servicing and they were denying the pickup and drop facility as well.

The riding experience is very good compared to a petrol Bike. the most cost-efficient vehicle used is the petrol bike. the monthly saving for me is almost Rs 4000. the service & maintenance is zero. the look is a very good bike compared to others & the buying experience is very good for me. only the thing is that the range of the vehicle is less.

After a test drive of OLA, IQUBE, and ATHER, I felt iqube is more comfortable seat and ride. Booked iqube online at tvs website. it took 3 months to deliver. buying was very easy at 1st visit I got a vehicle to take it home. Riding and handling is very comfortable and easy to start same as a petrol vehicle like Jupiter or Activa. There is no free service for this e-vehicle says the service centre person. They charge the bill amount of 1050/- at first service.

The price is good with the features available on a scooter. The state govt of Chhattisgarh should also give a subsidy on this. The color range is also wide and the features like disk brack, mobile charging, etc are really very useful. The person who travels daily 60-90 kms per day must buy this to save fuel and the environment. Nice scooter.

  • iqube is bang bang with all performance which u want in these days

    Salman Khan

It was worth buying it gives 100 km per charge even more comes if you drive in eco mode and the regenerate thing is best which gives more km while riding it's worth. The riding experience is damn good we travelled recently more than 50kms at a time it was like we were traveling with three friends in this iqube with no issues easily cutting in turns and worth smooth running we travel too much daily in this iqube one of the best things of this is it can carry heavy weight easily love this iqube.
    3. The look is very good from the backside and the front side. Iqube is worth buying and the performance is up to the mark with no issues.
    4. Servicing with TVS is good and cheap and the best part is maintenance is very low as compared to every other battery.
    5. pros- I have mentioned 4 serial numbers as you can see
Cons- I have an issue with battery charging time but it's very common with all battery vehicles because every battery scooter takes a minimum 5 hours, so it's good to buy this vehicle.

Look wise it is really awesome and the performances too! Servicing is an easy process for TVS.
pros and cons are wherever you go you should have so particularly sometimes I felt it's over vibrating like fuel vehicle.

In my previous review almost a year back - but to the company official - yes, it was a challenge to understand the product then from the sales guys, but I assume with a year gone it must have been smooth.
Tvs iqube has the smoothest ride of all the available e-bikes on market - you may say the silence is the only negative - as we are still not accustomed to silent vehicles passing from behind - we still want the loud noise to understand a passing vehicle.
