Yamaha FZX [2023] Expert Opinion

  • Good Things

    • Overall styling is fresh and pleasing
    • Good city riding comfort
    • Gets dual-channel ABS, traction control system
  • Could be Better

    • Switchgear quality is poor
    • Chassis welds aren't great to look at

BikeWale's Take

The FZX is an excellent bike for someone who wants a Yamaha but doesn't want to spend on the FZ S. The FZ X is a comfortable city bike that offers decent road presence and performance that is more than enough for city use. Plus,  now it gets dual-channel ABS and a traction control system. However, the overall quality of certain cycle parts is a little disappointing.
