I am overall satisfied with this scooter here r a few pros
1. Very good milage (after 2nd service it's giving 56-60 km)
2. Very good headlight
3. Smooth engine
4. Largest under-seat storage! Best in the segment.
5. Long n spacious seat
6. Intelligo feature
7. USB charging
8. Very low service cost.
Cons :
No major cons only
1. Build quality could have been better.
2. High beam is slightly focused on the right side, not in the center.

I bought it with a lot of hope after reading the reviews. Used for 3 months and sold. The scooter is good in many ways like under seat storage, suspension, ride quality, comfort and features but it has a very big defect and that is vibrations at low speeds. I wrote 15 emails to the company and left the scooter for repair 4 times. The service staff tried everything to rectify but it was of no use. tested other Jupiters also...all had the same problem
The scooter does not feel premium rather it feels like a second-hand auto that you are riding. There are a lot of vibrations at low speed and it is not at all smooth when u compare it to activa and access which are butter smooth. What is the point of riding a scooter which gives you the feeling of an auto? Trust me...you will not feel that you are riding a premium scooter. Sold and now I am buying a Suzuki Access or Burgman and will never consider a Jupiter. TVS have a lot to learn when it comes to refinement and smoothness for their products from the Japanese competitors.

After a lot of research for 1 month, I finally bought jupiter 125 white variant alloy wheels in December 22 for rs.1.22 lakhs on road. The showroom person provided all the required info. The engine is smooth...Self starts very well even if not used for 2-3 days. I very much liked the seat underneath space ...I keep my office files easily ...I use them only for local city rounds... On average I got 48 kmpl after 2 months of riding. Total 500 km run. It's beautiful. Best for city rounds. With good suspension.

Very the worst bike i ever used in my life.
Seems the parts are old. the noise came from the drum(break) from the purchase date onwards.
To date, it has even been repaired by the service center.
Mileage only 30 to 35. But showing 43+ on the average.
Suddenly the miles got reduced and the points got reduced on the petrol meter.
When I take this bike. The expected km to ride is shown as 93 km. just ride 3 km after that the expected km is shown as 62, etc.
This was happened 3 times to date. ( Only 4 months since I bought this bike) .
I filled the tank fully. after riding 5 to 10 km one point suddenly reduced. it's magic on the board.
I don't recommend this bike. every day I worry about using this bike.

Very very worst vehicle I have seen I already had my hero honda pleasure now I got this tvs jupiter 125 disc brake bike last week from the beginning the petrol filling this problematic lady can't wear this problem but I am a working woman whenever I go to the bunk petrol filling is a big issue and the service is very worst.

The jupiter 125 I bought didn't work on self-start for 3 days. The service replaced the battery now and said that the dealer gave you old stock. I wouldn't recommend buying Jupiter 125 as it's not worth it. Has issues like alignment, starter, braking, low average, side stand forwardly placed etc. The intelligo & side stand alarm feature are actually a disadvantage.

Very poor customer service and response. The scooter itself is not worthy at all. Very poor body build and finish. Honda is way better. Trust me!! I've been a Honda user for the past 8+ years. It has good resale value too! Right from the day of purchase one or another problem comes up to have to visit the service center. There, we get no proper response and are loaded with immature and unprofessional technicians. Regret going with TVS.

The buying experience was great. Got the scooter on 1st day Power is right on spot even with a pillion. The looks are stunning the front Drls and the diamond-cut alloy wheels make the scooter look superb and the seat is also very long 2 riders can ride very comfortably. Braking is very good
And the suspension is a bit on the stiffer side but makes confidence at higher speeds. The boot space is the largest in a segment you won't find any scooter that has such boot space. Servicing is ok Maintenance is also ok
