Electric scooter manufacturer, Gemopai Electric has announced a three-year service warranty for all its models. The company’s product portfolio comprises of three models – Miso, Astrid Lite and Ryder.
The service warranty scheme, ‘Gemopai Secure’ allows owners to avail 12 free services in three years. With this new service, Gemopai aims to further lower the cost of ownership, and make its products more cost-effective.
Speaking about ‘Gemopai Secure’, Amit Raj Singh, Co-Founder, Gemopai Electric, said that the company has seen a surge in queries and interest in electric scooters. The company aims to ensure that owning a Gemopai Scooter is hassle-free and the new offer is a way of supporting customers.
The company is also trying to attract more buyers by offering a discount of Rs 2,000 on its electric model, the Miso. The discount is available for all bookings till 25 July 2020. The company has over 60 dealerships across the country. Each dealership is mandated to run a service centre.
