Okinawa Lite Summary
Okinawa Lite is an electric scooter available in only 1 variant and 5 colours. Okinawa Lite generates 0.25 W power from its motor. With front disc and rear drum brakes, Okinawa Lite comes up with electronically assisted braking system.
The all-new LITE is the latest addition by Okinawa Scooters to its product portfolio. It carries a quirky design with rounded edges giving it a futuristic appeal. It comes equipped with all-LED lighting, hazard lamps and an LED speedometer. Additionally, the Okinawa LITE also gets unique features like anti-theft battery lock mechanism and inbuilt pillion rider footrests.
Powering the LITE is a 250W waterproof BDLC motor that is rated to achieve a top speed of 25kmph and capable of ascending a gradient of 7 degrees. The motor is powered by a 1.25 KWH detachable lithium-ion battery that takes about 4-5 hours for a full charge and is rated to offer a range of 50-60km per charge. The e-scooter is suspended by telescopic forks up front and dual tube spring type hydraulic shock absorbers at the rear while braking is handled by disc-drum arrangement. The e-scooter has a seat height of 740mm, ground clearance of 160m and a boot space capacity of 17-litres.
Okinawa is offering the LITE in two colour options of Sparkle White and Sparkle Blue. Besides that, each LITE comes with three years warranty for the motor and battery.

Worth and safe vehicle for girls and boys who require short distances. No risk and since speed is restricted at 25 km/hour, it does not give opportunity for tash driving.Technical features are also strong and the lock system is very good. Not easy for theft to take place.Service cost is also very reasonable.

Never recommend anyone to buy any product of OKINAWA, worlds most 3rd class or in short worst products, no service available in Kolkata. Scooty is full of scrap. Headlight stopped working, lock doesn't works, handle lock doesn't works. Even the Dealer is fed up of this company and leaving the dealership. Within one year battery is down of this scooty and no replacement or service is being provided by the company. It's 6months already gone chasing up with the dealer for the battery service but no response. Never ever by this product...

Very poor performance

Cons: I bought Okinawa Lite in 2021, I have driven only 1000 km, performance has not reached my expectation, I suggest buy who has good experience in the motor industry Odometer not working within a month, after 1 year the max speed was reduced to 5km/hr (walking people overtaking me), and very poor customer support.Pros: Nothing.Note: don't buy it

Waste of money

#electric bikes are still not fit to ride in the rain this is the main drawback of e-bikes. If you ride in the rain or the bike is parked in rain immediately motor, the battery will become faulty. I have 3 bikes and also I asked many e-bike owners, all are experiencing the same# next problem mileage anxiety. Don't travel far away from your place.#all manufacturers are using lightweight materials to increase mileage. So most of the items will break in 1 or 2 years. Constant replacement of parts is required.

Poor service support and frequent charging

Nothing in the specs except top speed is true. It takes around 5 hrs. to charge and gets discharged within 30-35 km. Approached service center, but they hardly know about battery cycles, the technician asked me charge it everyday!!!! One fine day, has suddenly gone duff, battery charged, but vehicle doesn't start. Called up the service centre, no response so far. No customer care, even website. Please don't buy.

I bought this electric scooter a year ago and I drove it around 8000 km. No issues in this bike , and it's riding experience is awesome!!! . It goes upto 45 km/h [ with singles ] and 38 km/h [ with doubles ] . People all the way , ask about lite's features . There is no any problems I faced in this electric scooter.

I bought this scooter 2 months ago and I drove it around 1500 km , I didn't face any issues, I am able to wash it on regular basis. My riding experience is great, people ask about its features. It has a very futuristic looks especially, its speed would be more like 45-50 it would be great otherwise its a great deal.

I bought the vehicle from greenway e-bikes at keezhapaloor. It gone upto 37 km per hour . I drove at an average speed of 25-30 km per hour. It gave me a mileage of 63-67 km per charge. It has an excellent look and the headlight, indicator,tail light are all in led form . Performance is better. I drove 1800 km in 5.5 months . I have no cons about this particular vehicle. Allover , it is a pollution-less and affordable vehicle for mcp(middle class people.

Okinawa lite and okinawa product - dont buy- worst service experience- vehicle used 700km for 8 months only

Worst service experience, technicians they tell what ever issue , they use to tell manufacturing defect, From the first services itself i face 3 issues, one is automatically sound is coming, this they fixed immediate, after the day i done a service again its same issue, 2, engineer is not smooth like new vehicle- still the same, 3. Seat cover not locking properly- now they fixed, for 8 month i used only 700km, service center is far, each and every time we cannot go for service, after they done mistake( they asked for service charge for coming and fix the sound issue), i wont suggest to this company vehicle, they are fooling the customer for manufacturing defect. Who ever buying electric bike in any company if showroom is near two 2 to 3 km, otherwise its waste for buying electric bike.
