HemrajBike is useless and service of joy is pathetic. My battery got faulty after about one year & the battery was submitted to the service centre 2 months + later. There is no tat, no communication & accountability. No one responds properly. Till today replacement has not been received. This is a big scam this company is not for business but for looting otherwise they would have acted fast to resolve customer issues. Total waste of money, Never buy Joy e-bike.Rating Parameters
