Joy e-bike Gen Nxt

I am happy about the features. Its really good for all gen (15+). Body looks are best out of others. Mechanical functions also appreciable. Really suitable for self ride because of loading capacity (generally). A few things can be improve. It is new to us so new features are attractive. I hope price also worthiness. Expecting a good riding experience. Models are awesome with elegant look.
Eagerly waiting to add genex to my life.

Buying was an easy task in even a small city but i got 500 Rs. discount only.
The riding experience was pretty good with a pillion backrest feels so good it has decent support.
The braking was awesome and the suspension feels too good it'll not let you feel uncomfortable even on uneven surfaces which i like most about this product.
I got a 60 km range per charge which i think could be better but if you are using it locally it is not bad.
Battery charged in less than 2.5 hours which is the most soothing part.
Looks are dashing with black and white colour
Pick up is good.
Overall it is a nice package.

This bike build quality is average. Mileage is very less below 60 and it is not affordable. This bike is only for daily propose and not for long drives. I charged it' for 3.5 hour daily. Disappointed at the price of this joy ebike.

I buyed joy e bike Nanu+ at may 2024 @ ₹80k
In July charger replacement was done.
The bike goes 90km but under 30 km max speed.
After a 4500 km ride, my meter resets automatically & after some time trip meter stopped working. It will work after the meter is reset again.
GPS does not show real-time location. It shows in another district. Useless.
After 8 months around 15000 km driven,
Now My Battery charges only 65% not go beyond 65%.
When new, it charges 99%, then 98% after 1 month 97%.
After 2 months, 90%, after 4 months, 85%, after 5 months, 78%, after 6 months, 72,% after 7 months, 68%, and now it goes only 65%, and charging stopped automatically says Battery full.
Battery health goes down every month. After 1 year, will it charge only 45%?
Your Range will be down every month.
This battery is not working like smartphones without any problem for 2 to 3 years. It's a waste of money.
If you want to buy a Joy e-bike & want to buy a new battery after every 15000 km, then go for it.
Battery replacement takes more time, around 3 months.
This battery can not survive 1 year with a company-fitted battery. We can not buy a new battery after 15km, which costs around 30000₹.

I bought it on FEB 2023
After 1 year my joy scooter's Battery could not be charged, so I went to the joy showroom they took my battery and said that the Replacement time of the battery is 2 To 3 Months. So now I become a vehicle less... It was my primary vehicle, so the battery replacement process is very poor and horrible to survive in customer care they never give me actual time for battery replacement ... If you want to buy ev scooter you have to buy an extra battery for future safety.

Very very poor quality poor experience This e-Its field quality is very poor. The bike has problems four to five times every month and has to be taken to the showroom. Its build quality is very poor. I am very upset Buying this e-bike is a waste of money. The tire of the scooter was also damaged, which I had to change from tubeless to tube. Those who started said that there is no warranty on the tyre. It will cost a tire of two and a half thousand rupees. That's why tubeless tires had to be made with tube tyres. These people have not been able to fix the brake problem till date. When you see, the brakes keep getting damaged. I am very fed up with this two-wheeler.
