The Ryder is an entry-level electric scooter from Gemopai. This EV is known for its claimed riding range of 90kms per charge. It gets a 250W DC motor and a Lithium ion battery. This motor helps the scooter have a maximum speed of 25kmph.
Due to its top speed, the Ryder can be ridden without a driving licence. It sports a few decent features like keyless entry, swappable battery, anti-theft alarm and digital instrument cluster.

My experience with Gemopai Ryder is very bad.Just after 4 months, I bought the Ryder, and the battery became inoperative. I contacted the dealer, but I didn't get a good response from him. Even after one month, I'm unable to get the battery replaced. Because of poor service, I'll not recommend anybody to buy the Ryder. The company needs to improve its service to maintain its market share.

Gemopai's Ryder electric scooter is a life-changer! It changed the way I live. One year ago, I was in lots of trouble and facing so many difficulties in life as I was spending a fortune on hospital visits, but the Ryder saved me a lot of money while providing a smooth and comfortable ride. My experience with the Gemopai Ryder has been marred by disappointing service from both the brand and its dealers. Actually the scooter is really good and comes with many unique features in an affordable range but the lack of responsiveness and inadequate support from the brand's customer service team left me feeling ignored and frustrated. The local dealer's unprofessionalism, frequent appointment delays, and super service further added to my dissatisfaction. The availability and quality of spare parts were also major concerns, leading to prolonged periods of scooter disrepair. Overall, the underwhelming service experience overshadowed any positive aspects of the Gemopai Ryder, I would recommend Gemopai to focus on after sales support services.

Buying experience:Was very good. When I'm buying there was stock in the showroom and I bought it instantly.Riding experience:Very good. Getting 55 - 60kms mileage consistently. Till now rode about 2100 kmsLooks and performance:Looks were neither bad nor something special. The performance was well and good. In online they say 90kms mileage. But in the showroom, they said it'll give 60kms and it's upto the claim of the showroom person. The battery level indication is poor. So you need to keep track of how many kms you have ridden.Service:Service was good in thoothukudi, tamilnadu. This bike is good as this segment. can use the person aged 12 plus, the speed is low but its best to students. The mileage is upto 50kmph. From my point of view this scooter is only best for students from aged 14 plus.

Up to 2 years the condition was good,After 2 years scooter stopped moving, no genuine service guys to work,Showroom dealers are themselves not picking up the calls, I had purchased in okinawa showroom thowlichowki ,Please don't go with this.My problem with the bike is when switched on (battery on) bike does not move even if we raise the accelerator .

Superb scooty. good look, Many color options . Less speed is to make it driving license, helmet , rc and insurance free . It means no challenge in India . You will get it at rupees 62000 at showroom with no extra cost. Good riding experience with very comfortable seat and usb charger for your smartphone. Buy it now.

Compare to other scooters it is a best bike, comfortable seats and driving pleasure with correct pricing, must buy for a daily city, small short tips of day to day works. Bottle holder and usb charging and front rack adds to the additional features which are missing in many others .Finally its a complete one with all basic requirements
