1.Buying process was easier,but i felt slight price variations at different dealerships and there was a 2 months waiting for the delivery.2.Regarding the riding comfortness i am absolutely happy, riding posture is very good, quick throttle response, braking was not that much sharp.We won't feel the heaviness of bike once we are on it and i must say the weight is well balanced 3.Lookwise no comments,a real classic retro,the back tire is massive,the digital meter console and the key is stunning.Front view is not that great but rear and side view is perfect.4.Servicing and maintenance,this is toughest part in current scenario as benelli doesn't own much service centers,a little bit costlier servicing compared to re 5.Pros: riding comfort,looks, performance, good handling,no vibrations at any speed,fuel indicator is helpful. Cons:Tube tires, heating in bumber to bumber traffic situations, could have been better horn and headlamps, pillion seat is little narrow.

Good bike if you wanna own classic ride other than royal enfield. Royal enfield bikes are very common bikes on Indian roads nowadays, even in tier-3 cities and even in villages. So this bike will certainly give fresh looks and unorthodox feeling while riding this black sexy. Don't have any service issues upto date, but can't say more. Re bikes have huge network across India, whereas benelli just stepping just after birth.No cons.Fresh look and performance are pros..

It's a trap,
The clutch plate broke and was denied for warranty even though my bike is under warranty
Heating issues.

The staff at the dealership was courteous . The bike is well balanced and beautiful to handle and has no vibrations even going beyond 100kmph . Great cruiser .Servicing experience has been very satisfactory. The bike requires little maintenance .Great retro looks , straight from fifties. Could do better being a little lighter .

Actually I have 3 Suggestions Before i Hear About Benelli 1,R.E 350 2,jawa 42 3,Rs200..My thought was no other options for me in my Segment..But when I heard About Benelli imperiale 400,I searched lot of information about that bike ... Finally i took a Decision to Fixed it..I Went To Benelli Showroom Book the Bike Then Only I Take A Test Drive... Because i Have Lot of Believe in Benelli.....(U know wt R.E give To the Customer Before get popular Service Quality Availability all are Great but Now a days ?)So Same Reason I trust on Benelli...
Today i Get a Call from Showroom your Machine is Ready for Delivery. So Come and Collect it..... Eagerly Waiting.

First of all, it was an amazing bike. I just searched on the internet about all classic retro bikes and i came to know about this. As usual like all buyers, I have booked a test drive through online with re meteor, Jawa and Benelli. Even though i had a chance to buy CB 350 from Coimbatore I am not interested because it looks like a bigger splendour design in my opinion. As usual, I didn't get any feedback from both Ambattur re and Jawa but surprisingly from Benelli I got the reply and Mr Fayaz brought the vehicle for a test drive at my doorsteps. First of all, I have to mention this I am driving my car for the last 10 years and just I had a plan to go for a bike but not sure. . Even though I users to ride my friend's bikes I never faced anything new. But man this bike totally changed everything. Yes after my test drive I stick on this bike and immediately i booked. I don't know what else I liked so much but somehow i feel connected with this bike in terms of looks, ride and handling, especially the sound and zero vibration. So without a second opinion, i purchased this vehicle. The buying experience was good. Mr Fayaz, mr.Zaid moin and Mr. Karthik helped me a lot and made a wonderful buying experience for me. Regarding to the vehicle performance and others simply it's great so far. Mileage is getting 25-30 average within the city. Didn't take any long ride so far. Regarding the service, service is good and i don't find any complaint so far. I shall update may after a year. Service cost may be reasonable for a 400 cc bike. In my opinion, the brake is not so crisp and it didn't give the confidence while riding even though the braking power is good. Overall in my opinion it's truly amazing with its killer looks and with its exceptional performance. Just go for it guys who want to try something new in the market.

went for test drive in Thane. instrument console was not working. so became less confident about it. Dealership must take good care of test ride bikes, it makes huge difference in buyers decision.Build quality looks ok. Red is 10K more than Silver.
Overall, you can buy if your pocket allows .
