Clutch plate worn out twice within 6k kms

Purchased this in march 2020 Changed clutch plate due to worn out twice paid 18k and 16k heavy maintenance Even in the warranty period clutch plate issue emerged and yet no response from benelli India customer care Worst bike pathetic experience buy classic meteor but don’t buy benelli imperiale it is the worst.

High maintenance cost no customer care support clutch plate broke no warranty claim

The clutch plate broke and denied for warranty even though my bike is in warranty Heating issues Wrote 8-10 emails to customer care no reply Contact from phone told me to wait Waiting for 11 days no reply Pathetic - worst experience No customer care support Do not buy Benelli Imperiale buy instead classic 350.

Do not buy this bike

The bike performance is very good.But when it comes to maintenance it is too costly.Every now & then you will have a problem.When you have a service station 40km from your location very hard to find a spare part for Benelli in my location.The average of this bike can get up to 25kmpl. The only reason not to buy this is because of the service station.
