As i had ride this bike 3k kms i feel very good and comfort the main thing in this bike is braking is amazing as i seen many review in you tube about breaking is really true and one more wonder thing in this is vibration there is no vibrations this bike i had a to seep of 130 km/h even the is no vibration it does no feel that that your going in 100 kmph its just passes to 100 easily coming to engine as it is a 400 cc there is heating problem i gets too hot but the heat you can observe only when you stop the bike coming to millage i can assure your that the mileage will 30 km/l if you go for a long ride with the accurate speed that is 80 km/h it can easily give you 33-35 km/l
As local rides in traffic it will be around 27-30 km/l that too it depends on your ride overall the bike was good one lagging point is the pillion seat there is some wt un comfort foot rest position could be un comfort if we go for long the shape could be in "z".

I bought this bike on 16th of jan 2020, The biggest problems are 1, center stand hits the humps while travelling with pillion. Less ground clearance, suspension is too soft.2, front mudguard hits the crash guard, that causes the dent on the front mudguard.If i cannot ride along with pillion on Indian road, there is not point in going ahead for this.

First of all, it was an amazing bike. I just searched on the internet about all classic retro bikes and i came to know about this. As usual like all buyers, I have booked a test drive through online with re meteor, Jawa and Benelli. Even though i had a chance to buy CB 350 from Coimbatore I am not interested because it looks like a bigger splendour design in my opinion. As usual, I didn't get any feedback from both Ambattur re and Jawa but surprisingly from Benelli I got the reply and Mr Fayaz brought the vehicle for a test drive at my doorsteps. First of all, I have to mention this I am driving my car for the last 10 years and just I had a plan to go for a bike but not sure. . Even though I users to ride my friend's bikes I never faced anything new. But man this bike totally changed everything. Yes after my test drive I stick on this bike and immediately i booked. I don't know what else I liked so much but somehow i feel connected with this bike in terms of looks, ride and handling, especially the sound and zero vibration. So without a second opinion, i purchased this vehicle. The buying experience was good. Mr Fayaz, mr.Zaid moin and Mr. Karthik helped me a lot and made a wonderful buying experience for me. Regarding to the vehicle performance and others simply it's great so far. Mileage is getting 25-30 average within the city. Didn't take any long ride so far. Regarding the service, service is good and i don't find any complaint so far. I shall update may after a year. Service cost may be reasonable for a 400 cc bike. In my opinion, the brake is not so crisp and it didn't give the confidence while riding even though the braking power is good. Overall in my opinion it's truly amazing with its killer looks and with its exceptional performance. Just go for it guys who want to try something new in the market.

1.Buying experience. I felt very happy after taken bike delivery 23rd Jan 2020 ,0n 25th Jan front pork oil leakage and malware issue and bike having jerking issues. 2.Riding experience. I can not provide you exact info because since day one many issues with bike and after first service got wheel alignment issue even if I drive it 50+ bike got full of vibrations, next one bike jerking now they confirmed as clutch plates issue. 3.Details about looks, performance etc. Looking very good but performance I have already mentioned. 4.Servicing and maintenance to worst service centers in Bangalore and no certified service engineers and very frequently the technicians will changing .They will never resolve issues .And maintenance means I spend more as of now with lot of issues. 5.Pros and cons Lot of rest issues even handle bar I can not turned it such a way it was rusted. In rainy session this bike not suitable because chain will get full of rest other parts also. Lot more issues.1.Handle bar rust. 2.Chain rest and other parts ,even silencer outline from engine .3.Oil leakage from front ports .3.Oil leakage from engine.4.Wheels are very week for small bums will get alignment issue .5.Malware issues always.6.Odo sensor issue changed it.7.Idle rmp will increase to 6000 more having some issue .8.Always getting issue with abs. 9.Seat below full rest. 10.Heating issue from engine. Some more other issue. The above all what I have face since Jan 2020 to till now .

Great cruiser .Servicing experience has been very satisfactory. The bike requires little maintenance .Great retro looks , straight from fifties. Could do better being a little lighter .

First thing is engine overheating problem. It’s unbearable for city rides. Second thing is spare parts. They are not keeping spares at all. My bike clutch plate got worn out in in 6k kms and it took 1 month to replace and it’s horrible. The ride is good for long drives and it’s pickup is like a beast in 400cc segment. The tyres are coming with tubes and I think when it comes with tubeless it will be awesome.

1. Buying experience - the moment I entered the Raipur showroom these Benelli staff were so humble and polite, the first thing they asked was a cup of coffee or water. After that they asked me each and every single requirement of mine, like what is my purpose, and my purpose was for city ride and according to my budget they suggested me their imperiale 400.
2. Riding experience - i am never going to regret my purchase, this is the best thing which happened to me in my whole life till now, this bike is so good. The comfort level of this bike is far more better than its competitors, the power in each and every single gear is insane, the stability is the best amongst 400cc segment.
3. Details about looks, performance - i just don't have words to say about performance, its smooth, its powerful, very good torque, just take a test drive of this vehicle and you will get to know what this bike is.
4. Servicing and maintenance - The service people of Benelli Raipur. They are so good, they talk in a clear way, about how much time the servicing takes and what all things is about to be changed. The first service costed me for around 1700rs or 1800rs, the second service costed me for around 3200rs which is good because there is a gap of 6000 kms for second service. Good pricing for a 400cc vehicle.

I am riding this bike since last November 2020. It’s near by 26k kms. I changed the clutch plates twice. First time 6k and 2nd time 25k. It’s heavy on maintenance and 2 times I changed disc pads, chain kit, back tyre, bearings, clutch wire etc and it’s nearly 50k so my suggestion is better think twice before buying and you will need patience to wait for spare parts. I am getting nearly 23 kms mileage per liter.
