Kymco has expanded its product portfolio in the Philippines with the launch of two maxi-scooters, the Kymco X-Town CT300i and the DownTown 350i.
The X-Town CT300i features a sharp design along with features such as a twin-pod headlight setup, a tinted windscreen, step-up saddle, and split-style pillion grab rails. Mechanical specifications on the X-Town CT300i include a 276cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine that makes 23bhp and 22.44Nm.
The DownTown 350i, on the other hand, uses a slightly bigger 320.6cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled motor that makes 29.5bhp and 29.4Nm. The styling cues on the DownTown 350i include a beefier design that includes a twin-pod headlight, step-up seat, and a single piece pillion grab rail.
The suspension setup on both the models include telescopic forks at the front and twin-sided springs at the back. The anchoring tasks are handled by disc brakes on both wheels while the safety net includes ABS.
The X-Town CT300i is priced at PHP 2,19,000 (Rs 3.36 lakh) while the DownTown 350i is available at PHP 2,49,000 (Rs 3.82 lakh).
