KTM has taken the wraps off a very special bike – the 450 Rally Factory Replica. This motorcycle is a limited-edition model and only 80 bikes will ever be made and sold.
The 2022 450 Rally Factory Replica has been developed for people who want to participate in events like Dakar. In fact, the Austrian brand has taken help from the Red Bull Racing Team to develop this rally motorcycle. A lot of feedbacks from rider’s like Toby Price has been applied to this bike.
This KTM has been built around a powerful race-proven 450 cc SOHC fuel-injection motor. This motor has been nicely integrated to a competition chassis. The 450 Rally Factory Replica rides on a top-spec WP with XACT PRO closed cartridge forks with high-tech Cone Valve technology. This model retains the PANKL Racing Systems gearbox that is seen on the Red Bull KTM Factory Racing machines.
KTM has priced this bike a whopping 25,900 Euros (Rs 23 lakh) and will go on sale in September this year. The company is also giving out service and support packages to a limited number of riders in the next Dakar at an additional cost.
